Brennan says their expert is still reviewing the ARCCA subject materials - additional studies, demonstrations and experiments that are being allowed in court. He says their expert wants to conduct their own experts. He wants their expert to be able to review all subject materials and that ‘none of that is going to happen anytime soon’. It never made any sense that the CW said JOK was struck and then he walked around and 20 seconds later interacted with his phone. It was beyond plausible, and yet that was the CW's theory in their opening statement. I'm not surprised they changed their timeline.

The ME didn’t rule John’s death to be a vehicle strike, either accidentally or intentionally. She didn’t rule John’s death to be a homicide.

Because she has REASONABLE DOUBT that the injuries John suffered were caused by a vehicle strike.

Those are some pretty strong words and the response from other professionals in the legal field is going to be along the same lines! There is no hiding what happened today! In another few hours it's going to gain size and speed as the snowball gets bigger and bigger. Both bev and hank are in trouble here IMO! The reversal of her exclusion zone is just the 1st card to be toppled. This case and this court are off the rails and it's going to take people down with it. The longer it goes on the more damage it's going to do.

I think the best thing that could happen is this goes to the jury and they return a not guilty verdict. That way everyone is off the hook. The bad cops get off the hook for their horrible conduct, the DA's office can say they tried, cannone can say she tried and the whole thing all goes away.

The cops did such a poor job and screwed things up so badly the real murderer(s) will never be brought to justice unfortunately. Hopefully the culprit(s) never do something like this again.

Not sure. I think there could be a scenario where he was "clipped", as KR worried at one point. But maybe not. The cell phone data indicates he never left the front yard. That's hard to reconcile with a fight occurring in the house.

If Judge Beverly Cannone just lets this in then it’s truly disgusting. JMO
