He is the guy that cheats on a board game while you get up to use the restroom JMOBrennan says their expert is still reviewing the ARCCA subject materials - additional studies, demonstrations and experiments that are being allowed in court. He says their expert wants to conduct their own experts. He wants their expert to be able to review all subject materials and that ‘none of that is going to happen anytime soon’. He says their expert will not be able to testify anytime soon.
Hank wants his expert to be able to follow up on ARCCA AFTER the defense gives their case. Basically, he wants the final word.
God, Brennan is a drama queen.
Are they going to try to shift the ring camera video next?Right. Timing is the basis of the entire defense case. Absurd for the CW to ask to change it halfway through the trial.
And his phone said he took so many steps. It never made any sense that the CW said JOK was struck and then he walked around and 20 seconds later interacted with his phone. It was beyond plausible, and yet that was the CW's theory in their opening statement. I'm not surprised they changed their timeline.
OH? Like maybe canine teeth marks? JMONow up is the nose laceration. ME clarifies it’s an abrasion or a scrape.
Now onto John’s arm injuries. Dr. SB did not determine the cause of the wounds in her autopsy report. She noted there was a ‘pattern’ to the wounds, but was not able to determine the cause of those patterned wounds.
Who would have said that in grand jury??? Where did that come from??
At the taxpayers expense no doubt. Boston Herald said it was 700,000 for trial 1.RIGHT! This is an obscene miscarriage of justice here in my opinion!!
The temperature of his cell phone indicates he never came inside. it started dropping shortly after they arrived at Fairview and never warmed up again until the next morning after he was found.Right, he was not out there all night at all. Whenever that FORD EDGE was seen later middle of night, was when he was put there, so a few hours. IMO
High five Doctor! You go girl! Stand your ground!Alessi pointing out that Dr. SB know of the potential ‘I hit him’ statements BEFORE issuing her findings. So she knew the rumors and was still unable to conclude John’s manner of death was homicide.
Sidebah.
Do you think JOK was hit by a car?The temperature of his cell phone indicates he never came inside. it started dropping shortly after they arrived at Fairview and never warmed up again until the next morning after he was found.
Someone mentioned upthread that in trial 1, on cross, Dr. Scordi-Bello acknowledged that the marks ‘could have been’ dog bites. Didn’t happen in T2 /:OH? Like maybe canine teeth marks? JMO
So just to be clear: today, the ME, upon Hank’s redirect, said that an emergency room physician told her that John had attended a party at Fairview before he died.
““There was information about a party..” “There was some information the decedent was walking to the house” “There was some reference to some sort of altercation or dispute”’ - all things Dr. Irini Scordi-Bello said on the stand today. Hank objected, over and over.
IMO that may indicate his cell phone never went inside. It says nothing about his body. The temperature of his cell phone indicates he never came inside. it started dropping shortly after they arrived at Fairview and never warmed up again until the next morning after he was found.
Oops there it is!And why did he just bring this up today? Because they got their rear ends handed to 'em in court? JMO
Not sure. I think there could be a scenario where he was "clipped", as KR worried at one point. But maybe not. The cell phone data indicates he never left the front yard. That's hard to reconcile with a fight occurring in the house.Do you think JOK was hit by a car?
Those are some pretty strong words and the response from other professionals in the legal field is going to be along the same lines! There is no hiding what happened today! In another few hours it's going to gain size and speed as the snowball gets bigger and bigger. Both bev and hank are in trouble here IMO! The reversal of her exclusion zone is just the 1st card to be toppled. This case and this court are off the rails and it's going to take people down with it. The longer it goes on the more damage it's going to do.
I think the best thing that could happen is this goes to the jury and they return a not guilty verdict. That way everyone is off the hook. The bad cops get off the hook for their horrible conduct, the DA's office can say they tried, cannone can say she tried and the whole thing all goes away.
The cops did such a poor job and screwed things up so badly the real murderer(s) will never be brought to justice unfortunately. Hopefully the culprit(s) never do something like this again.
