Jackson asked a series of questions about the five people O’Hara saw on scene who were not members of the team. They included three State Police troopers and two Canton Police officers. The photo's, I'm not sure how he was able to get them in on his testimony lol I started rewatching Tully's testimony from 1st trial last night too, but didn't finish because apparently I need to sleep haha
I was looking for something though.. and maybe someone can help me. It has been said that 4 (?) officers showed up during their search... do we know who they were?
Not one officer has come forward to say, hey that was me or us? I even searched to see how many Canton PD officers they have lol (google tells me 60ish including civilian personnel, so didn't really help lol)

Right.. so we still don't know who they are? They seem to know what dept's they belonged to, but no names?Jackson asked a series of questions about the five people O’Hara saw on scene who were not members of the team. They included three State Police troopers and two Canton Police officers.
O’Hara said they arrived at the scene after the team began its search, but he admitted he didn’t know if they had been there before.

Karen Read trial recap: State police lieutenant describes search for taillight pieces in snow
Here's a recap of the testimony on Tuesday in the Karen Read retrial.www.masslive.com
Right no names and now they are 5Right.. so we still don't know who they are? They seem to know what dept's they belonged to, but no names?
They are being protected, IMORight no names and now they are 5
The jury must be aware of how rigged this all is.Is it just me? I have seen twice now since we returned from the extended am break this am the Judge giving some pretty nasty looks towards the defense table. And that is what the camera in the room gets. How many other times has she done this?
Testimony from last trial: Lieutenant TullyOK but you need to consider at least the following:
1. If the evidence recovery was not sufficiently documented, the CW would have struggled to get it into evidence in the first place. Yet it came in without objection?
2. Did AJ / Yannetti ever cross the witness about the supposedly missing report?
3. It's clear there is documentation of come kind because it's referred to by both counsel and the witness.
My understanding, and I don't have the time to chase it down at the moment, is that O'Hara was searching, and documentation was created by the detectives. So this would explain why O'Hara was not allowed to see the report to refresh his memory - he didn't create it so he is the wrong witness.
IMO.
Thank you.I believe Peg, John's mother, moved into the house where John lived in Canton. The house in Canton had been owned by the kids parents before they died. JMO
Thank you! I will stop looking back in old testimonyRight no names and now they are 5
Yanetti asks if Brent was aware that he was photographing the Traverse 5 days after the incident in question. Brent was not involved at all until 2/3/22.Yanetti is crossing Trooper Brent now.
So much changing testimony from last trial to this current trial. As has been mentioned their memories seem to get better the longer it has been from the original event. JMOOThank you! I will stop looking back in old testimony
It's annoying to me that they have not been identified. Why wouldn't the departments clear that up? Tell us who was there so it can't be implied that they dropped a few tail light pieces here and there while chatting.
I asked if anyone knew who the children were living with and posters were kind enough to inform me what they knew about the situation. How is this relevant to the case of where people are living? jmo
