Alessi is so very prepared and thorough. He's able to exchange with the ME on an equal level. Jmo

would you want a neurosurgeon to perform an autopsy... No...

Brennan has a neurosurgeon on his witness list I believe.

JMO
I immediately thought that as well! Hah

Aaahh! The elusive "Big Foot" aka Proctor has been spotted on camera! The jury has to be excited to finally put a face to the name.

Alessi is so good with these questions.

Getting into regarding ‘former’ Trooper Proctor. Pretty sure we’re going to hear more about how Proctor pushed for a ‘homicide’ manner of death.

Is Dr Irini getting nervous?

I can hear how much Alessi enjoys his job in his voice...

She had help from a neuropathologist 😜

And Brennan is going to bring in a neurosurgeon? 🫣

This witness seems to be getting excited about this part. Or is it me? Like happy to share .She seems sad that a side bar was called and she cant answer.

Looks like she is getting miffed by the judge sustaining all the cw objections. I think the good DR wants to answer Alessi's questions....JMOO

Alessi is repeating that LE told the ME what they assumed the COD to be. Dr. SB confirms yes, LE had informed her of their theory. Dr. Scordi-Bello concluded the manner of death was undetermined.

On 2/14/22, Dr. SB issues John’s death certificate.

Dr. SB brought in Dr. Stonebridge to consult. She is board certified in forensic pathology, general pathology, and neuropathology is (another shot at the CW expert witness…)

You said it better.

With the questions on Stonebridge, I wonder if Alessi is leading into why the ME did not also seek someone out who might be uniquely qualified to explore those symmetrical, patterned arm abrasions.

Sidebar regarding Stonebridges involvement.

Ah, you’re right! Sorry, I must have misinterpreted that. I do think it’s weird that she said they don’t have to look. I would think it’s important that they DO look and be informed.

That's ridiculous. The juror's are not medical professionals. They need to have things explained to them. You can't just throw a pile of photos at them and expect them to know what they are looking at. But then again, this trial is an abomination of real justice. For this judge to instruct jurors that they don't have to look is clearly an attempt at obstruction, bias, and is completely unprofessional. Par for the course in this case IMO!

I think it’s a two-fer. That, and he’s discrediting the CW neurosurgeon witness before he even gets on the stand. Dr Stonebridge was specifically accredited in neuropathology. Why would the CW need to hire someone else, if she consulted on John’s cause and manner of death?

The good Dr was used and abused by the CW...including Proctor, as well as NCDA. Her reputation was slandered due to them.

Exactly what I was thinking!!!!

Has she been questioned about the “didn’t die from a fight” or whatever it was, on the death certificate?
