Didn't KR have a container of alcohol when she entered the bar? Wasn't remixing or adding to her drinks? Could the container be a glass from her or JOK’s home?

Alessi specifically asked if Dr. SB knows Dr. Aizik Wolfe - the CW’s new neurosurgeon expert witness. She says no.

Exactly what I was thinking!!!!
To be fair the judge said the jurors were going to have to look at the photos - just not right then and there in court.
She indicated she would supply the jurors with photos and that they would have to look at them in private in the jury room later. Looking at those photos is part of their job.
Thats what I heard at least.

I can hear how much Alessi enjoys his job in his voice...

She had help from a neuropathologist 😜

And Brennan is going to bring in a neurosurgeon? 🫣
I don't see anything wrong with getting a neurosurgeon's opinion (depending on what they are testifying to). Although they're not trained to do autopsies, they would see many severe brain injuries that resulted in death.

Why can't he ask that question? Why can't he have a side bar? Cannone is so unbelievably biased towards the CW

Just rude.

Once again, Alessi is using the Commonwealth’s own witnesses to chip away at their narrative. On cross, Dr. SB clarified that she believes the primary cause of death was blunt force trauma, which aligns more with an immediate head injury than a prolonged exposure scenario that the CW asserts.

The set of circumstances the ME was provided with by LE didn't include the fact there was a resident dog at the address where JO was found. This may have assisted with exploring what could have caused the wounds as related to MOD. In the last trial she testified the wounds were contemporaneous with the head wound. Jmo

Just unfreakinbelievable!!!! Jail. She needs to be in jail after this trial is over IMO. I hope Karen sues her into the Stone Age!

I agree; however, if the CW is calling a neurosurgeon to give an opinion that the ME will not, I don't see how a jury could take that neurosurgeons opinion over the ME's, who actually did the autopsy and was assisted by far more qualified professionals then a neurosurgeon. JMO

She looks disgusted every time Brennan objects or the judge interrupts .. lol

Judge Cannone keeps telling Alessi to move on.

What I got from Brennan showing the hard-to-see Lexus in the sally port, is I think he was trying to show how much snow was still on the car at the time MH examined it? She said there was no snow, and I don't know at which time she examined it.
MOO
I noticed how much lighter that section of video was than the others we saw. I was hoping Alessi would have had it rewound to see if we could see what Proctor was doing at the tail light, but no such luck.

I do like Alessi's inflection when he objects..."Objection, your honor", so plaintively and almost wounded. lol

He called Dr Scordi-Bello a ‘whack job’ as well??
After she wouldn’t issue a ‘homicide’ manner of death, yes.

“The jury previously heard Trooper Proctor’s texts earlier in the trial where he called Dr. Scordi-Bello a “wack job” when he didn’t get a “homicide” determination on the death certificate.”

7 sidebahs before the jury even got lunch today.

Judge Cannone keeps telling Alessi to move on.
On some level the Honorable Judge Beverly Cannone knows this trial is a huge waste of time and taxpayer money.

That said, I am shocked this is how a judge conducts herself.

It's very ugly.

The jury absolutely needs to see proctor on the stand.

His hand in this investigation is the most rotten part. Because JMc can say whatever to whoever, any number of investigators may have seriously deviated from SOP… but proctor is seriously one of the biggest factors and influences here.

imo.
