He is using location data from JOK's phone data for the 3 point turn and using that to line up the "clocks".

I think this is flawed, no? We KNOW there is more then one, 3 point turn.

The voicemail is from 12:41am so I guess it could fit?? But not if 12:42:08am is already adjusted for the variance. And I think the phone runs faster, right? So if it's not adjusted, to make it match up you would have to add 21-29 seconds TO that time. Which makes it even later - 12:42:29 at the earliest

Her pre-collision system logged zero events in the VCH, the EDR data logged no impacts or collisions, etc. Still an uphill battle, IMO, even if the alleged 3 point turn happened at Fairview

I would love to see a summary of how the CW is cherry picking and cobbling together all of this data. Waze data: accurate until it shows JOK walking at Fairview. JM cell phone: accurate until incriminating hos long search. Lexus data: accurate for backup but not collision records. JOK phone: accurate until ..? Etc.. etc..

As the law states, murder 2 in Massachusetts doesn't require that she hit him intentionally or wanted to cause him any harm.

Her only proven intent must be to reverse the car. Which I believe they will show by how the car data shows she put her foot down for approx 70 feet. JMO

Hypothetically, if I went outside after an argument and started shooting a gun randomly, knowing that could kill a person, and a passing stranger got hit and killed, it's murder 2 without me intending to kill them. IMO
