Was it your post that said you didn't trust the defense because they spoke with ARRCA before testifying?

Respectfully to you and others, it needs to be kept in mind that in that ARCCA hearing, there was not one word that ARCCA talked to the defense about their testimony, its content, or anything about the trial and other testimony.

Brennan made that claim, and used it to get the hearing to try to (desperately!) disqualify ARCCA from testifying, and JudgeB seemingly had the vapors over Brennan's claims, but again, not a single word of testimony nor any evidence at all was presented that supported Brennan's allegation, and in fact quite the opposite.

Anyone who says otherwise did not watch the hearing itself, or is simply misrepresenting it, while also showing their extreme bias in so doing, because it was so obvious and uncontroverted. As you and most here recognize, of course.

Not only did that NOT happen with ARCCA, but it clearly WAS done by cw/Brennan with this mockery of an "expert." What a joke.

I certainly realize it never happened. My question was to posters who based their guilt of KR on incorrectly believing ARRCA was spoken with before they testified "they broke a sequestration order!! ". Seemingly crickets now that it has been shown that the CW actually did take part in such actions. MOO

For lay people Emily Bakers coverage during this best illustrated how horrific this is on a legal basis without needing to understand anything legal. But they all did a good job. LYK started watching after Bederow tweeted & it’s a whole “thing”.

Question from work - how is Court TV and the MSM handling this? Are they extolling the virtues of the CWs case still? The reason I ask is that every day after court my husband comes home and says "hey I heard things went really bad for Karen today in court!"

Wow! I’m watching Alessi’s cross of the forensic ‘expert’. This testimony is crazy. I’m uncomfortable watching it.
As an aside, I went to Boston this past weekend and saw Tina Fey & Amy Poehler live. They brought up the Karen Read case and the audience responded as though exasperated! TF & AP said they don’t follow the trial but they heard ‘that everyone that night drank their as*ses off”.

Karen's reversing event has now been pinpointed by the uncovered data, on the missed SD card, timings calculated from the ignition on events, which are corroborated by the Waze data, and other independent Ring video evidence. Unfortunate for Karen Read, IMO. I don't see how defence experts are going to argue with it.
