I've yet to hear him address a broken headlight. Wasn't that the latest contoversy in witness testimony? His demonstartion wants us to look at an intact headlight. Bizarre and unbelievable, IMO

Yes, he could have used a dummy and reversing at various speeds to see if and I mean if, he could get the tail light to crack resembling the cracks on Karen Reads car. He probably knew or even tried this but it wouldn't give him the results he wanted. Moo

Wow, so both Trouper Paul and the ME cannot be raised on Welcher's cross or just Trouper Paul? Where does this judge get off? I was hoping she might find it within her discretion to allow the defense to actually defend as is their right. But yeah, at this critical juncture that was a futile hope.
