Haha...and misses BH's jeep that was parked at the mail box in the street??
Speaking of BH Jeep. In RN testimony of seeing KR alone in her car, was BH's Jeep ever mentioned as also being parked there on the street??? Many of the reinactments that I've seen don't have the Jeep there either. Presents a problem as to BH timeline, doesn't it?

I thought in Trial 1 that BH testified when he got to 34 F he 'plowed' the driveway as a joke (since very little snow had fallen by then) and then parked in front near the mailbox. But RN did not see the Jeep when they arrived, only KR's vehicle who they followed from the corner.

BH said he left fairly early as they didn't have the whiskey he liked, but I think BA said he was there until around 1:00 a.m.

ok, after watching some of Trooper Paul's testimony yesterday, and watching Welcher...
They may have been better off putting Trooper Paul back on. JMO

Let's go Alessi!

I don't see the similarity of this fatal front end accident with massive injuries and what happened to JO. Why is it even being discussed by this witness. JMOO

I’ve always w

‘Watching the “blue paint” experiment: isn’t the expert going in the wrong direction after the mock impact? Based upon where John was found, shouldn’t the expert in his experiment be going backwards (in the direction of the moving vehicle) as opposed to forward (towards the neighbor’s house)?’
I’ve been wondering this too even before the blue paint, but thought it was a dumb question since I’m basing my question on movies. But in movies when a car hits a person they fly up and over the hood and to the back of the car, right? When animals are hit they fly to the shoulder. How do they always land in the shoulder of the interstate. Please be kind to me. I barely passed physics. Chemistry was my strength….

Looks to me Welcher clearly began with a conclusion and then made a case to support that pre-conceived conclusion. JMO

I think that Alessi will make that clear to the jury.

Welcher is going to try to beat Alessi with using more words ... this is not going to go well for him if that is what his plan is... JMO

Apply scientific method without biases. Ah, too bad Welcher isn’t a cognitive expert so he can’t answer the question. LOL.
