Respectfully, we will never agree on that.It makes as much sense as the rest of his testimony that he wasn't able to prove. JMOO
Adding that Aperture began adding those watermarks the afternoon that Burgess first testified, then started adding them to other employees, including Welcher, but not ALL of their employees. So true @ShadyLady ….. and it is also IMO noteworthy to recall that the two Aperture LLC ‘expert witness’ testifying had those “Not For Expert Designation” watermarks flashed across their downloadable CVs. Like this one for Dr. Welcher which is still available on their website links. SMH. MOO

It's just MOO, you don't have to agree with it.Respectfully, we will never agree on that.
The guy who doesn’t have the background he says he is an expert in- would not be an expert in the sense of having an education in the topic. He would have engaged in a lie- but could have done great work. Some people are experts due to experience in an area and not education.I would call an expert who lied about his own background shoddy but that's JMO.
I believe it was due to the witness's exasperation with Attorney Alessi not understanding the concept of science he was questioning the witness about. That is how I viewed it and it did not seemed disrespectfully in the least. AJMOThat's great. Someone has lost their life and someone else's life is on the line in a murder trial but the "expert witness" is on the stand apparently to provide humor.
OMG this! I agree 1000%I'll be honest. I'm lost and have zero idea of what any of these people are talking about, but I will say that if I needed the expertise of Burgess/Welcher or Disogra, I would put my life in Disgora's hands without reservation. I would put my life in the hands of my 7 year old nephews hands over the Aperture team.
But, lying would destroy his credibility IMOOThe guy who doesn’t have the background he says he is an expert in- would not be an expert in the sense of having an education in the topic. If education is the deciding factor- Dr. Welcher would have the most expertise. He has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering.
IMO
The problem is Not that he didn't have a degree it's that he lied about having it. If someone lies about that what else is he not being honest about? The guy who doesn’t have the background he says he is an expert in- would not be an expert in the sense of having an education in the topic. It was a crass response and a direct reflection of his character IMOI believe it was due to the witness's exasperation with Attorney Alessi not understanding the concept of science he was questioning the witness about. That is how I viewed it and it did not seemed disrespectfully in the least. AJMO

Exactly and an expert who lied about this education makes him the opposite of being an expert IMOThe problem is Not that he didn't have a degree it's that he lied about having it. If someone lies about that what else is he not being honest about?

IMO with the ‘it could have gone to space’ comment, Alessi had been showing how many possibilities and unknowns Welcher had, and Welcher, in an attempt to be smug, handed him quite the smoking gun. He didn’t know much about the alleged ‘collision’ at all. MOOIt was a crass response and a direct reflection of his character IMO
