AJ made reference to it when he finished his cross of Proctor in Trial 1, shortly before the infamous "shame on you sir!" comment:Where did this come from? Who has the texts they are trying to get in from that group chat?

Oh I thought it was referenced today and I hadn’t seen it.AJ made reference to it when he finished his cross of Proctor in Trial 1, shortly before the infamous "shame on you sir!" comment:
From the end of court today…Where did this come from? Who has the texts they are trying to get in from that group chat?
Amen. This guy is one of the reasons I am vocal about justice for KR.
There are others that don't like her. Those others don't be because the ME had made it clear that she cannot rule JO's death a homicide. And stating, that the manner of death is undetermined. She stated the injuries aren't that of a car accident.IMO She was the worst ME I have ever witnessed testifying. I personally have no faith in her or her opinions.
I think I read that the defense has another ME on their witness list. But no idea if they will call her, not sure they need to at this point. There are others that don't like her. Why stop there? We also have:
Ian Whiffin: It’s possible John O’Keefe’s phone was inside the house.
Dr. Aizik Wolf: This looks exactly like the injuries we see when someone slips and falls on their head.
Dr. Judson Welcher: We don’t know exactly how he was struck. We just don’t have enough information in this case to determine that.
But he still played magic marker with the purple paint. Why not use a rubber arm with cadaver bone inside like I saw a youtuber do. Many broken bones when arm hit the light enough to break it. Dr claimed John's hand hit the center of the tail lightsThere are others that don't like her. Those others don't be because the ME had made it clear that she cannot rule JO's death a homicide. According to the officers that interviewed KR at her parents house, sitting on the couch with her mother and father, KR told LE she never saw JO go into the house. Then in the documentary "A Body in the Snow" after her arrest, securing lawyers and during her trial, KR changes her story to...she watched JO walk from the Lexus to the door and walk inside the house. Is she contradicting her own words, or is she playing out scenarios in her head? I watched the ID documentary. Frankly. I found her refreshingly honest and open. I’m from Massachusetts so maybe I see a kindred spirit where folks from other states and/or countries, might find her abrasive…..I’ve been thinking about that a lot lately….imo.
And Brennan, surely as a rabid dog the entire cross, fails to discredit the witness and ends up just blowing up Aperture’s credibility if anything. Another self destruct!
Great witness clear and straightforward.

Were these texts allowed in full, in context, at the first trial?AJ made reference to it when he finished his cross of Proctor in Trial 1, shortly before the infamous "shame on you sir!" comment:
What today's prosecution was like, paraphrased, for anyone who missed it or doesn't want to watch it -
Brennan: Your report might be wrong, correct?
Witness: My report was based on Burgess' report (POSTER NOTE: Burgess is a prosecution witness who lied about his credentials and is NOT an expert)
Brennan: But your report MIGHT. BE. WRONG.
Witness: If it's wrong, so is Burgess'.
Brennan: What's important SIR is that your report could be wrong! AND YOU ARE NOT AN EXPERT!
Witness: Never said I was an expert. My client is the defense.
Brennan: *thinks he achieved some a-ha moment while everyone sits confused knowing that he discredited his own witness by attempting to discredit this defense witness*
It was embarrassing to witness. Also, Brennan's weird, unbridled anger toward defense witnesses will never cease to amaze me. Yes, the defense all raise their voices to make points, but they are polite toward even the most suspicious of prosecution witnesses. Brennan just yells at them whenever something is bad for his case lol. We call that the Liar, Liar defense. "I object Your Honor! Because... it's BAD FOR MY CASE!"
BBMThe Defense is NOT going to call proctor according to Yanetti.

Karen Read’s lawyers call first 2 witnesses to testify, say they won’t call Trooper Michael Proctor

" On the way out of court, Read’s lawyer David Yannetti said it was a “team decision” to not have Proctor take the stand.
Instead, the defense plans to use people Proctor messaged as a way to introduce his crude texts in the trial. "
Too bad. I wanted to see him squirm again.
Why ever not? Isn't he the cornerstone of the defense's whole SODDI?The Defense is NOT going to call proctor according to Yanetti.

Hopefully you don't have an unattended death in her jurisdiction.IMO She was the worst ME I have ever witnessed testifying. I personally have no faith in her or her opinions.
