If Michael Proctor had not deleted the location data from Karen Read’s phone in April 2022 it might have been easier to confirm KR could have hit JOK with her Lexus.

And yet, Proctor deleted the location data.

Why do you think he did that? Who did the deletion benefit?

Green testified Karen’s GPS data was deleted from her phone in April 2022, in Proctor’s custody. Lally moves on quick.

Library video, Ring video, Sallyport video, Karen’s GPS - all deleted

This is pre-trial #2 so did Green testify in trial #2? I don't recall him and I've watched every day. If he didn't that means JC didn't allow it. I didn't watch pre-trial as not all that is presented gets to the jury. Trying to follow and form an opinion is difficult when posters keep bringing up trial #1 and pre-trial issues. JMO

I mean, JMc throws in distractors in all her testimony time, why not then. She called 911, whispering it was said, there's a man ..No mention that his name was..that he was to be at a party that night of the lawn house, OR a police officer. It was all detached and removed. NO, dispatch does not need that information but knowing dispatch is sending Canton PD and FD to that address in Canton, give it a quick mention for them. She did tell them she thinks he's gone. Proceeded then to talk via seeing on the vid, relaxed and calm manner, along with the cop who I think was Lank, waving arms around, pointing. It was surreal while KR was frantic of course, normal behavior.. Jen was not freaked out or invoved. Never mind not going into the house to get the first responder B.Albert, telling them, asking what happened. he is on your front yard, distraught. Nope. Cop told her go tell them. Then her testimony on that was bizarre of course. First trial and this. Really.. IMO

Same here, calm and detached in a crisis, and quite annoyed by those that run around in circles getting nothing done but freaking out loudly.
I can say that- but I’ve not found a loved one bleeding and nearly dead and cold to touch.
That may freak me out in reality- not sure.

I don’t take the calmness in a crisis as something it isn’t.

Run around screaming. Have seen enough of distraught and shocked people upon coming across or hearing their beloved were killed, 'running around screaming'. Natural human reaction, but. IMO

He received Read’s phone the same night. Guarino said both phones were placed in the digital forensics lab, which has limited keycard access.

But troopers were not able to access Read’s phone until July 2022 because they did not have her passcode. By July 2022, the software had been upgraded to “brute force” open Read’s phone.

An amazing thing to watch. This trial she had to have transcript of her first testimony in first trial to 'refresh'.. no, couldn't recall, laughable and ludicrous. It's who she is through and through as we have all seen in both trials. IMO
