If she was lying - it could he easily proved by looking at the hours she worked - the defense didn’t do that. They simply attempted to muddy the watersThe dumb award goes to her scene playing stupid that she didn't understand his question when AJ asked if she would be incriminating 2 officers ( Berkowitz & Higgins) with her initial testimony that they spent "a wildly amount of time in the Sally port".
imo
IIRC:Wasn’t it the defenses job to inform their witness there was a sequestration order?
Proctor failed his department by being so lax. He took the fall but he had full support of making sure KR got charged , they overplayed their hand and underestimated KR. I do not doubt the the wildly long time was for real and no one can call Proctor he is unreliable to both sides an he is probably mad about being tossed out like bath water. we know his wife is.Well after that Dever fiasco I guess the new conspiracy is Chief Berkowitz and Higgins did the staging? Surely Proctor would have been better than Dever to call. Ouch.
So true. Also she wanted to play dumb about knowing HIggins ( knew him in passing) until she was chatting with Brennan then she knew he had an office there at the precinct and was Chief Berkowitz's friend. The dumb award goes to her scene playing stupid that she didn't understand his question when AJ asked if she would be incriminating 2 officers ( Berkowitz & Higgins) with her initial testimony that they spent "a wildly amount of time in the Sally port".

I noticed her comment back to judge on Friday when asked to come back by judge, very accommodating and happy to do so I thought, it stuck out. Normal of course, but her being a witness hoping to tell the truth as to testify about seeing Berk. and Proc in the sally port a wildly long time, her words. Shocking does not remember or it was false. Has to be clear to the jury she has backtracked in court. I feel she is very comfortable in doing that in that court as in no problems for her going forward in lieing. IMOI have not seen it, just going fast through this, I had high hopes foolishly it sounds. IMO
That’s a great quote! Another comes to mind for me:I'll just leave this quote here as I think it's appropriate.
“10 percent of any population is cruel, no matter what, and 10 percent is merciful, no matter what, and the remaining 80 percent can be moved in either direction.”
~ Susan Sontag
Wish I had her brainsDr. Russell is awesome. I love her perspective both as LE and a doctor. She was the first female officer in Malden NY. She’s been an ER physician for almost 30 years and has performed over 500 autopsies. She also teaches at USC Keck. She is both a seasoned physician and a credible witness. MOO

i know ,her and the weather man so far.Wish I had her brains
Then equally applied, couldn’t Brennan have used her hours to clear up the ‘muddied waters’ on cross? Why didn’t he?If she was lying - it could he easily proved by looking at the hours she worked - the defense didn’t do that. They simply attempted to muddy the waters
IMO
She is a brainiac and maybe one of those people who needs only 4 hrs of sleepWhen did this woman sleep?
I know all the education and experience questions are necessary.. but it is kinda boring
I love her!She is a brainiac and maybe one of those people who needs only 4 hrs of sleep
Amazing recall and energy -

I feel like there is no ‘new’ theory. I knew this was a possibility when the forensic expert was asked on cross if Berkowitz and Higgins were swabbed to compare to the two unknown male DNA profiles, so it certainly wasn’t a surprise to me. Berkowitz also called YB and told him that he ‘saw’ a piece of tail light days later in the snow. The defense has always floated him as someone participating in a potential cover up.Well after that Dever fiasco I guess the new conspiracy is Chief Berkowitz and Higgins did the staging? Surely Proctor would have been better than Dever to call. Ouch.
