I believe it’s called ‘reasonable doubt’.
“Reasonable” being the operative word.
It’s not reasonable that Chloe has no saliva & no hair and no bottom jaw and no K9 teeth
As there are no punctures.

In your opinion.

Once the taillight, hat & sneaker were found it’s pretty obvious what happened IMO
I don’t see anything “obvious”. Anyone can find something anywhere and then place it somewhere else.

Well after that Dever fiasco I guess the new conspiracy is Chief Berkowitz and Higgins did the staging? Surely Proctor would have been better than Dever to call. Ouch.
Sorry, but it was Dever who provided the testimony to the fbi. The defense had nothing to do with it. I don't think a disdainful attitude is useful when the defense is just doing their job. Their case is that JOK was not struck by a vehicle, and right now we are witnessing solid evidence that his arm wounds were inflicted by a dog, a much more likely hypothesis by a much more learned and credible witness than Welcher and his tail light shard scenario.Moo

IMO it therefore comes back to JOK acquiring his injuries and passing in some other way. It's completely valid for a defense to explore and suggest other scenarios where the evidence exists, and to show how a biased, incompetent, and potentially corrupt investigation meant other possibilities were foreclosed. And random pieces of glass that are supposed to be John’s cup, but don’t match John’s cup, and a single piece of that non-matching glass is found on Karen’s vehicle…
Deleted vid info when in Proctor's possession, clothing mixed in with his tail lights in a bag. No brainer. IMO.

The party guests did that, not the cops.
So the party goers planted the hat & sneaker & cops sprinkled taillight & cocktail glass?

Seriously????
😳

Chloe didn’t put John out in the snow to die.
Nor were the wounds she inflicted the cause of death though they form part of the the overall circumstances leading to it. Jmo

The texts demonstrate he believed Karen Read hit John O’Keefe with her car and left him to die.

IMO

Based on zero evidence JMO

Yes, John was placed on the lawn as were his hat and sneaker after he was mortally wounded. And not by a car strike.

I want Hank to ask her if German Shepherd's have saliva and hair
IMO
Maybe Hank should ask why LE didn't do a chain of custody. That way LE could state as fact there was no dog dna or dog hair etc...

Becauseeeeeee it was testified to that there were concerns about the chain of custody of the clothing and debris collected from the clothing.

NBC Boston reports that the clothing was submitted by former Trooper Proctor.

And the forensic scientist, Ashley Vallier, could not verify the chain of custody between when the clothing was collected and when it was submitted to her lab.

NBC Boston reports that the clothing debris was also scraped off O'Keefe's clothing, but the bags that contained the debris were not documented and not examined.
On top of that Yuri testified the clothing was stashed in the back of Proctor's truck for days.

If you can not verify the chain of custody between when the clothing was collected and when it was submitted to her lab then that negates what was or what wasn't on it like dog dna and dog hair etc...

We just heard today that the top jaw, specifically the top canines, are the most frequently seen in injuries. A doctor with 30 years ER experience said it was completely normal.

It’s not Ashley’s job to verify chain of custody

The texts demonstrate that he is a despicable human being. He decided to make KR the main suspect so he could be the hero. He decided this before even attempting to conduct a professional and ethical investigation.
AMEN!!!!!!!!!

I would agree with that statement. I have personally experienced it, twice.
However, John had zero puncture wounds from K9 teeth.
