if he holds this testimony on cross, this case is over. There is no recovery from this for the DA.

Omg, this testimony is damning to the CW's case. A witness who saw the tail light before it reached the Sally port. This is incredible. Sorry, just started watching this police witness a moment ago. Wow.
Did he testify to this last year?

Did he testify to this last year?
Not that I recall. I was begging them to show a picture of the current state of the Lexus so he could compare

So the CPD/MSP log says Karen’s car was seized at 5:30. Sgt Barros’ log says it was taken and he left the scene by 4:17 PM

And it shows just how filthy dirty Proctor and his buddies are!!!

You all know what this means? KerryR lied under oath. She was shown the pic of the Lexus in JO's driveway from the patrolcar cam and she said that is how it looked when she saw it.

ETA: and she saw this hours earlier than Barros did.

Omg, this video evidence. How on earth is Brennan going to get around this. The tail light is all but intact bar one piece. Brennan you are a goner...this has to be a not guilty. With the video, Brennan can't even accuse the officer of lying. His attitude is open and credible anyway.

So
Behind!!

😭😭

the defense decision not to call Michael Proctor now makes sense. And Brennan's decision not to call him looks devastating

He said he testified last year. I don’t remember him but I wasn’t as obsessed as this year!

Dighton police officer Nicholas Barros took the stand prior to Proctor for less than 15 minutes. He was on scene when Read's vehicle was towed from her parents' home.

The vehicle was towed the afternoon of January 29, 2022, several hours after O'Keefe's body was found. Prosecutors attempted to show that the SUV was damaged before police had access to it.

"I saw that there was some damage to the right rear taillight," Barros testified.

He said the taillight was cracked, a piece was missing, but it was not completely damaged. In addition, he said there was a dent "in conjunction with the taillight" in the same area.

Defense attorneys did not have any questions for Barros.
