Barros didn’t bring up the taillight photo in the first trial because no one asked him about it. He’s simply wrong on that point. But honestly, if this is the strongest gotcha Hank can manage, he might want to start wrapping it up. MOO.

The visual of a DA trying to tear into a police officer is crazy. That is something the defense typically would do. Not the prosecution!

Dighton police officer Nicholas Barros took the stand prior to Proctor for less than 15 minutes. He was on scene when Read's vehicle was towed from her parents' home.

The vehicle was towed the afternoon of January 29, 2022, several hours after O'Keefe's body was found. Prosecutors attempted to show that the SUV was damaged before police had access to it.

"I saw that there was some damage to the right rear taillight," Barros testified.

He said the taillight was cracked, a piece was missing, but it was not completely damaged. In addition, he said there was a dent "in conjunction with the taillight" in the same area.

Defense attorneys did not have any questions for Barros.
It was cracked, possible 3"x6" piece missing not shattered like in most CW pictures.

Omg, this video evidence. How on earth is Brennan going to get around this. The tail light is all but intact bar one piece. Brennan you are a goner...this has to be a not guilty. With the video, Brennan can't even accuse the officer of lying. His attitude is open and credible anyway.

Why didn't the defense show the whole tail light and not just the bottom?

For a very long time now, I have have been on the 90% SODDI and 10% she may have hit him but certainly plenty of reasonable doubt for an absolute NG verdict. Today, I am now 100% that Karen Read did NOT hit JOK and that members of the McAlbert Cabal conspired together to frame an innocent woman for a crime committed by their family and friends.

Whether some people actively conspired, i.e. the initial coverup that night, or maybe just tried to help along the case with a sprinkling of added evidence here and there, or even those who simply have fallen prey to their own confirmation bias (i.e. they are my friends and they'd never do this) there are so many participants in this charade it is unreal.

I know it will be an uphill battle, but I firmly believe KR will be acquitted of all charges and will ultimately file (and win) a lawsuit against may parties here including

Canton PD
Boston PD
CW of MA
Judge Cannone
MA State Police
Brian Higgins
All the Alberts
All the McCabes
The Estate of Chief Berkowitz
We can only hope. We have to get by the jury yet. I don't trust anyone at this point, sorry. Too many things that are truly not right have happened and is ok there in the Norfolk County system.

The prosecution has become the 'defense' - Brennan is defending himself and the cw by attempting to poke holes in the actual defense's case. It is the defense's case which seeks the truth and justice Imo, not the cw's. It's this bizarre role reversal. That was the vibe I experienced throughout much of trial x 1, but it is much stronger in this trial. Jmo.

I would love to know how someone could say that they know something about this case that we do not know - therefore, she is guilty, and we are blind. So many of us here have watched case 1 and case 2 in the court. We have followed the evidence, and I appreciate WS because many here will share case information including filings that I may not have read on my own. Following the pleadings and both CW and defense objections as well as information they have provided.

I know people can have different opinions. Of course it is strange when someone has a differing opinion because I see things through my lense. However, I seriously wonder how someone can say I just don't know what is really going on in this case.

Boom. Barros was called by CW in trial 1. And then ghosted by them 😂

Why didn't the defense show the whole tail light and not just the bottom?
It seemed to me that is all they had of the event. The tires going up the ramp.

Brennan is seriously grilling him on his report taking???? no way that is lost on the jury... that is rich.

He was never asked last year.. theory was, no one asked him that question before he was on the stand, no lawyer is going to ask a question they do not know the answer to. Obviously, the defense has asked between last year and this year.

And again, at least he wrote a report. Compared to the others the CW called that did not.

Thank you. I have been trying to think of a clever way to put this, and you just did. This is perfect!

CW has zero interest in justice. Zero.
