Nor could they be bothered to come outside or even get out of bed when their "friend" is lying dead in the snow. JMO
Perhaps they were tired and wanted to sleep in after having been up late mortally wounding John and depositing his body on the lawn?

right, at minimum, with the CW theory, she went back 87 feet I think... and that is minimum. Was he just standing there waiting?

Apparently he was just standing there holding his arm out waiting. jmo

Ooh look, Dr Wolfe bought the same clothing worn by John O'Keefe.

<modsnip - snarky>
Dr Wolfe explained in great detail the scientific reasoning behind purchasing the same clothing to test the effect of an impact on that particular clothing. He didn't do it so that it would help visualize anything for the jury, like the ridiculousness of the CW expert with the blue paint. He accounted for the fiber makeup of the clothing to recreate as many variables as possible. This is actual science. IMO

Making butt dials in the middle of the night is tiring.

Has the evidence from JOKs voicemail from KR at the time of the discovery of his body been entered into evidence? Apparently, she was in the process of leaving him a voice mail and when she spotted him, she left her phone in the car without turning it off and JMs 911 call was recorded in the background.

I think I knew that but wanted to put it out there anyway just in case someone else did not get it.
Haha, ditto in my response affirming your response DamselinD.

Judge Cannone has sustained EVERY objection from the CW today. Over 30.
i'm surprised she just hasn't chimed in herself to ASK the CW if they would like to object.. She IS a ;member of their team, obviously

Not at all, and he didn't put them on himself, he put the sweater on a crash test dummy that apparently Aperture could not afford with their 300K+ payment. You also fail to acknowledge that Welcher TOOK THE SWEATER OFF to do his static 5th grade experiment.

JMO
It wasn't a static experiment. The car hit his arm at 2 mph and it rotated him away, showing how a real life human body would react at that slow speed.

The wife Nicole was cleaning - you know how Jenn Mc Cabe said Nicole cleans and bleaches everything.
Was that a tell? Had BA and wife been up all night bleaching Johns blood out of the carpet and cement basement floor etc.
I think Jenn was trying to account for a bleach smell in the house if anyone noticed.
SO twisted

That’s why they needed the coffee and donuts dropped off the next morning. It was a looong night for them. They were sleepy. IMO.

correct, he did a static and a dynamic 2mph experiment wearing the same colour of clothing as JOK. Both of those experiments, he was NOT wearing the sweater that had holes in it, which is ultimately a total misrepresentation IMO

ARCAA at least tried to replicate the tail light, the crash test dummy, and the hoodie.

But they say she was moving at 25 MPH so what exactly does 2 MPH prove about anything?

Here is the evidence:
Devers made a statement to the FBI that implicated multiple officers
Devers later testified that her statement was due to a false memory.

Only one of these can be true.

As an impartial observer, which is a more common and likely event:
A police officer covering for another police officer/police department
A police officer having “false memories” that caused her to create a whole imaginary scenario and report it to the fbi.

And if an impartial observer saw that this police officer is not only still on the job, but has been rewarded with a raise, is it more likely she was rewarded even though she can’t differentiate fantasy from reality? Or because she covered up police misconduct?
Jmo.

I see,
It seems she changed jobs, was promoted, and that this may be because she covered up for cops by changing her testimony.

What of this is fact and what of this is people projecting their own speculations as to what happened, I haven’t a clue.
I have not read up on any of that part of this case other than comments I’ve seen here, so I don’t know.
I just watched Dever’s testimony Live and saw the reactions here. She isn’t a breath of sunshine, came across to me as a terrified young woman in a male dominated profession who has a chip on her shoulder.
Many of us have worked with women like that. Pretty ironic as I see them in theoretical mathematics, physics, engineering, and chemistry laboratory stuff behind the scenes.
Not unlike ARCCA, but with less attention.
Some don’t do well as instructors, can be difficult to work, are quite misunderstood.
That was how I saw Devers- until the reactions here.

IMO

100% a big tell.

"That's what I do." (after fight club?)

They don't say that. They say she was reversing at 23 mph before the impact, and there is no way of knowing how fast she was going at the moment of impact, it could have happened at a different speed after that 5 second window of data stored in the black box.
