Why is it such a struggle for even one of the cops with any role in this case to do the right thing?
There is an officer from Dighton that may be called... he only saw a small crack or a missing piece on the tail light at her parents home, it was not 'destroyed'.

So there is hope ;)

Man, these people having to recant things to the FBI. That’s wild. I’m really hoping this opens the door to the full story of the FBI and ARCCA.

I still can't wrap my head around Dever's "a wildly long time" especially since she wouldn't answer AJ's question on screens that are set up in the dispatcher room.
She had to have seen it on the Sally Port security screen in the dispatch room.
It's not like she said she saw BH and Berwoitz on the screen and that was that.
Not even that she saw the 2 guys and they were in there for a long time.
She said "wildly" and how she used the word would mean a ridiculous or extreme degree so what she did see certainly left an impression.
Why didn't the defense try and get a security video and timestamp of her leaving the Canton Police station on 1-29-22?
I wouldn't trust the Canton Police with punch-in /punch-out time-clocks even if they had them.

So it comes down to Dever's word that she left work before the Lexus arrived in the Sally Port? LOL

IMO

Their jobs and life depend on it???

Just my opinion, but does anyone remember B Albert sitting and staring....GLARINGLY....towards the jury during closing statements in Trial 1 ? Dude has some serious intimidation factors going on.... and I could just imagine how that behavior could 'rub off' on others.

I think we’re gonna hear a lot about dog bites this week and I’m ready for one of the witnesses to quote Richard Dreyfuss in Jaws:

But the fact is, the bite radius on this animal is different than the wounds on the victim.

This may come back to bite her in the tush?

Can Dever testifing today on having a "false memory" and to the FBI to boot, effect her prior cases, convictions and future arrests/cases?

Even without her "false memory" I sure as hell wouldn't want to deal with her in her LE position.
Nasty and arrogant which came very easily to her.
imo
I love where you are going with this.

What's next? Cops testifying who suffer from hallucinations?

Shame on Dever.

She is awful.

Will Dr Russell dress up as John in a dog bite suit and paint the German shepherd’s mouth blue?

I think that now the "other agency/other LE agency" mystery is no longer a mystery. I read somewhere, maybe here? that the last jury actually thought ARCCA maybe worked for an insurance company. I think they will be able to conclude it was the FBI now.

Most people think sequestration is sometimes for the jury.

IMO
Oh god if we get another hung jury mistrial, maybe for season 3 they'll fully sequester both the jury and witnesses. Stuck in a hotel, no TV or radio. Entertainment will come in the form of Jenny from the Mac dancing to 'It's Raining Men' with an umbrella. At least Judge Beverly won't need to ask the jurors "those 3 questions" every time they enter the room!

Yes absolutely remember! He hadn’t been at the trial any other day other than testifying but showed up for closing arguments and death stared the jury the entire time.

I think they should bring in a dog whisperer who met with Chloe in VT and testifies that Chloe said “I BIT HIM, I BIT HIM, I BIT HIM.”

Do you know who BA reminds me of due to his scariness and intimidation factor, Drew Petterson without the hair. It seems like everyone in Canton MA knew of Brian Albert, his brother Chris the Selectman , and the cop other brother. The Alberts seemed to act that they ran that place. Those days have come to an end. Brian has left town and I'm sure the others will follow. Canton doesn't want you there anymore! What an evil family! Moo

If it was the defense trying to keep that door closed - I guarantee that Judge Beverly would have ordered 999 kamikaze drones to blast it open.

Didnt watch Body in the Snow, and really have no interest in watching it. I do find the short videos of the doc series interesting though, like this one.

Funny! 😀

I just want to say that we are not the Vermonters who rehomed Chloe, even though our yellow lab would insist this is the best home on the planet and would love to help rehab a sad girl who clearly wasn't happy in her Canton home.
