Not a cool move of course of Brennan to ask Officer Barros where he was coming from to meet with the Defense lawyer. Thankfully Barros already did NOT like this guy of course and answered he was not comfortable answering that. That's right, not giving away what town I live in or what I do or where I go in order to answer your useless question. IMO

He must have had a false memory because the part you circled in red is clearly missing from the dash cam still photo in the early am. Attached a photo if no X access.

I don't think so.

That is snow. There is a similar amount, on the same side, on the bumper just above where the right rear tire is.

See how there is not snow on the left bumper above where the tire is?

It's snow, and it has accumulated just a little on the right side of the vehicle, including where you are thinking the tail light is missing.

I ***THINK**** she hit. Not 100% convinced.

I don’t have answers for your questions. I don’t think we will ever know what happened.

I think her fast reversal maneuver caused him to slip and hit his head. The vehicle may or may not have made contact with John. Doesn’t really matter since she would be responsible for him slipping.

All MOO
Mony Mony,

He was on wet, snowy sloping grass and was drunk, and we have had testimony that his type of head injury is very common for drunk people. Throwing a glass at car could also unbalanced a drunk person. (I've seen a drunk person fall over from throwing on flat, dry ground).

Has the CW presented proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the fall came from her reversing and not from John's drunkeness and throwing a glass?

I ***THINK**** she hit. Not 100% convinced.

I don’t have answers for your questions. I don’t think we will ever know what happened.

Reasons I think she hit him:
Her first thought in the morning was he got hit by a snowplow. She didn’t consider he was f-ing someone else, even though that is what she accused him of doing in her angry voicemails. When she went searching for him alone, she didn’t bang on the Albert’s door.

Her vehicle data shows that reversal maneuver at ~24mph. That’s FAST. Why did she do that? I think because John threw a cocktail glass to her bumper. It’s possible that is how her taillight broke.

I think her fast reversal maneuver caused him to slip and hit his head. The vehicle may or may not have made contact with John. Doesn’t really matter since she would be responsible for him slipping.

His phone stopped moving almost immediately after that reversal maneuver.

I don’t have answers answer for the scratches on his arm in my scenario.

My other theory is Chloe charged John, attacked him, and caused the slip and fall. But I have a hard time reconciling all the other stuff such as the reversal maneuver, broken taillight, etc.

I don’t think he got beat to death in the house. Too many people were there that night. I just can’t imagine all of them being “cool” with a murder.

I do believe Proctor planted evidence to ensure a conviction.

All MOO
Yeah, I agree with most of that. It doesn’t answer every question, but like you said, we’ll never know.

I am going to defer to the ARCCA experts as to whether John was hit by a car.

Seems easy enough.

I love her so much haha, she’s a class act. Although we did apparently see ^a^ witness with memory issues yesterday, lol!

A false one at that! It really stinks when your memory makes false memories. It’s like having two personalities.

That claim fits with the lunacy of Brian Koberger’s alibi “I was riding around”

I wonder if any of them thought of John’s niece and nephew or their own children when doing whatever they did. John’s niece and nephew have experienced 3 lifetimes worth of loss at their young ages. The McCabe’s kids don’t deserve to be dragged through all of this garbage.
No, in M00 those who were framing KR only thought of themselves. Period.

Brennan says/snarls/spits at Dr Russell "And you drove here with Mr 'Lessi ?"
I wanted her to say she tried to arrange to drive with Tully but he did not return her calls :)

You see when you are crooked ..well you think everybody else is crooked too
That's ole 750k Hank

Another part I loved is when the doctor asked to see the transcripts and he lurked over her on the stand and tried to grab them back. The doctor would move the paper away from him and hold it just a little bit longer - pretending to still need it - until she was ready to hand it back
Great power move Dr Russell -

Wow I missed that part. Thank you for pointing that out--it made my evening even better.

No, the CW has not produced anything close to BARD.

I am rewatching the testimony...

Jackson showed him the tail light going onto the tow truck.. only sharing the picture to show that light does NOT look like it has 'caked on snow' (or broken lol)

about 6:15:00ish on todays link.

This was a HUGE wooooweeee! moment for me!!!!!

It will be something to see when the defense starts to ask where all those pieces come from on the Albert lawn now. There would probably be another tail light recons. to say this is the piece and it would be 'this size'. The part Officer Barros saw that was missing. HOW can this be good and fine for the CW and of course, proctor, evidence tampering for one. IMO

Commonwealth's Motion to Preclude New Opinion Testimony by Defense Expert Derek Ellington

New motion filed.. I see it posted on X, but I am not sure who is who on there and hate to be the reason Tricia needs therapy ;)

Looks like a defense witness submitted a new report on June 1st, something to do with the GPS of Karen and John's phones while in custody of LE.

Also filed today was ... Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Discovery from Aperture

Welcher is doing additional testing now and the defense wants it and the CW assumes it is so ARCCA can respond to it. CW says that ARCCA hasn't even submitted their presentation yet.

oh my, the game playing in this trial is crazy lol

If I can find a reporter that posted this, I will post ASAP.
Assuming this will be a report looking into what Richard Green testified to in trial 1. The location services on KR’s phone were turned on and the data was deleted in April of 2022, when the phone was in MSP custody. That report will be very interesting, especially since it includes O’Keefe’s phone as well.

So, wonder what will become of the story now of all those red plastic tail light pieces, over 40 I believe, that proctor and berk found eventually in the snow 'where KR 'hit him'? Barros showed us they were intact except for the small piece that was out. What could they all be thinking nowwwwwww? IMO
Annnnnd it was made clear there was an extra piece that didn't belong. 😂

Ok there's a new filing and I only understand some of it. So, it was revealed at the T1 that the gps locations data were deleted from KR's cellphone after it was seized and while it was in State Police custody (Proctors custody). What does this have to do with Derrick Ellington??

  • #619
The CW sold this case to the highest bidder, the person that they thought could do their bidding to be as vile and nasty as possible to try to bring down Karen Read (and help do the coverup of who really did it).

Welcher is doing additional testing now?
Hope this doesn’t cost me another $350k.
uggh, I hope for our locals it doesn't cost another penny for you all!

It's okay if Welcher does more testing though... shhhhh "look over there >>>" Bad defense witnesses lol
