I live here but in a different town - our guys plow like every two inches - serious overkill and a waste of money imo but thats what its like.

Lucky for sure would have seen the body as would have any of the people coming and going into that house after the P's "drop dead" date of what 12;33am ish.

Brennan will give it his best shot to discredit this good samaritan. I hope HB's souless surly/nasty demeanor works as well on Lucky as it did on Dr Russell.

JMO
Yes, shame on HB for even trying! They won't be able to discredit BL IMO because he is honest.

Removing snow every two inches ... two inches of snow is a lot of (semi) solid material to drive through, especially if there are no snow tires on a vehicle. It's preventive maintenance and people who pay taxes expect clean streets to help them drive safely to work, get the kids safely to school, school bus safety, businesses earning money from shoppers, and so on. When we look at collisions and vehicles stuck in the snow when roads are not plowed adequately, the cost of dealing with the results of that far surpasses the cost of cleaning streets. It's being proactive rather than reactive.

My local area has a company who is kinda famous locally for breaking down everywhere ,catching on fire. I relate to the shop trash talk.

Yes Higgins saidin the first trial that he plowed the driveway when he arrived there from the waterfall - I am not sure why he did that though as didnt the meterologist say only enough at that time for "cat tracks". He then took his jeep with the plow attached up front and parked in front of the house.
jmo
Yes and he said he got there first, but then BAs daughter said in her testimony that she, her mom, and dad got there first. Who to believe?

I feel bad for BL for having to testify against his lifelong (powerful) buddies and his brother is on the select board with Chris Albert. What a position to be put in. But he's doing the honest thing.

Sorry but the defense doesn't have to PROVE she was framed. They just have to prove reasonable doubt and the fact that the CW can't even prove John was hit by a car is reasonable doubt by itself.

This has been repeated practically every single day of this trial and the last one yet certain anti-KR'ers refuse to acknowledge it. This is one of the fundamental rights that is a basic, inherent civil liberty and a protection essential for a functioning democratic society, guaranteed by our constitution and legal framework that our country is built upon. Yet certain people are so very ready to completely ignore, deny and trample all over it. I don't understand it. To do this is an insult to all those who fought and gave their lives protecting our country for this and our other rights to live in a fair and just democratic society in my opinion.

I'd rather them waste the money on keeping the roads safe than blue paint experiments ;)

I do wonder if some people don't realize just how easy he should have been to see? with a litle bit of snow... with a bit more of snow?

Some of the house party goers, I can see them missnig it .. the passengers, not the drivers.

Night driving with snow, it is WAY easier to spot something out of place. JMO
It would have been eye-opening to see Welcher do a 3-D model of JOK lying in the yard for 5.5 hours, with timelapsed snow falling, and with all those party-goers leaving and arriving, snowplow driver, and other vehicles going by all night long! That would have been impressive!

What a good guy! He is another person I would like to give a big hug too!

did he testify about these connections last year? with the alberts?
He testified about the relationship with the Alberts, but not about his brother being on the board with Chris Albert. But I believe CA only got that position after the last trial IIRC. And maybe his brother didn't join the select board until after last trial.

Thank you!

I wonder if Yanetti will ask about his "relationship" with the Alberts SINCE Jan 22 or since last years trial?

I'm nosey lol

I agree and hate to think how Brennan is going to treat him.

Brennan had best tread lightly. Lucky is very well-loved in Canton from what I understand.
IMO.

He won't be able to contain himself. He went after an older woman with disdain and contempt with Dr Russell. He'll show as much respect for Lucky as he does a cockroach in my opinion.

Perfect timing for the siren to go by just as Yannetti is asking about the police vehicles going by him where he had to pull over! A great audio to illustrate a good memory!
