knowing about them or not... Lucky had already talked to someone. Probably why he was "aggravated", he had no obligation to tell anyone, especially media/blogger, that he had already spoken to someone and "did the right thing", so yep, an article, online campaign or whatever implying he hadn't, would be aggravating.

I know some people want a Guilty verdict bc she's unlikable and MAYBE she is GUILTY - thats not how the courts or our system works here - at least for now - in America - you need to prove it - there are those ole pesky standards you have to meet.

And if they cannot find her Guilty with all the cheating and lying - well just what does that tell you.

Reasonable doubt is riddled through out this whole case in an enormous fashion

RBBM. Totally with you on all this. Just regarding what I bolded, I wanted to say that personally I don't even find her unlikeable ( not that if a juror did develop such a feeling they should decide on guilt on that basis as you say).

Watching the Waterfall footage and seeing John living, breathing, with his whole life ahead of him, I find myself thinking what is in store for him before very long and find myself getting choked up.

It's just so awful.

When they were leaving Karina said JMC told Karen “You’re coming with me” in an off putting way, but Karen went with JOK. JMC wanted them to go to the Alberts.

She said Karen did not seem drunk at all and she was not worried at all about her driving.

Karina is done, Brennan has no cross.

Imo it's damning video as shown during Officer Barros' direct and is supportive of his testimony. In contrast to the Meadows 5.07am video, the tow truck video is in broad daylight too. I think Brennan just tried to distract the jury from it in cross. The jury can't unsee it though. Imo that video and Barros' testimony is reasonable doubt enough, but it joins all the rest already effectively established. This coming straight after Dr Russell was good strategy.
