I am curious... I don't watch a lot of the tv shows, or a lot of podcasts (other than LYK lol)

Has anyone come across dog bite experts, or dog trainers, etc, that say this is absolutely not dog bites?
Take a look at the guy’s cv- he has testified in many many cases as a Dog Bite Expert.

MMc was at the house- If JO didn’t come in the house- he would be telling the truth. No responsibility on BA if JO didn’t come in the house- or so it seems.

JMc Google search- I buy the tech issue with an open tab being used for one search and then another search later. She searched her daughter’s sport event schedule- then used the same open tab hours later to search- ‘how long to die in cold”. And that was 5:27 or 6:27AM.
We need a tech expert to tell us if that is possible, I’m not sure

All my opinion
The only words I can come up with are....how convenient.

I’m not sure they would know that the dog was involved until after the autopsy and someone said- Hey that looks like a dog bite.
Then they had to circle the wagons regarding evidence of Chloe’s past- and that she could get out of the back fence.

If Chloe had already harmed people and BA was cited- he is responsible if she hurt someone else afterward. If that death could be linked to an accident caused by a dog bite- Huge!

IMO

They did know.
They did circle the wagons.
No evidence she got out the back fence, she was in the house.

Devers is as worthless as Proctor as a police officer!

If she was on a case where she testified and the person was found guilty, I'd be looking to reopen that case.

yeah, I didn't even bother to look, because I believe they look like dog bites/scratches and I'm not an expert, I'm just a dog owner lol I did look up the other guy they showed a clip of, Dr Richard Polsky, also a dog bite expert.

I am also guilty of showing the picture to people to say... what is that? LOL Everyone says dog. They may not be dog bite experts, but have or work with them.

BAJr testified in T1 that when his parents came home his dad asked him if he had let the dog out. He told him No. His dad went upstairs- not the basement, got Chloe and let her out.
BAJr said the dog pretty much stays in his parents room when people are over.

SLevinson testified she didn’t see the dog. But she was with BAJr in the kitchen- and saw BA take her out and wait at the back door for her to return. She also says before BA came home BAJr had taken one of the other girls upstairs to see the dog.

Who did the dog bite in the past? Did she do it because she got out of the back yard?
Look at the fence- my lab can scale an 8 foot cyclone fence- she climbs it. If a German Shepherd wants to get out of that PVC fencing- I think she could.
I don’t think they would let her out the front if she had issues with strangers. So- she went out the back.

This is why Chloe is gone- IMO

I’m recovering from knee surgery- lots of time to catch up on T1 this week.

Just my opinions

I'm reading that when Lucky was interviewed by MP and YB, it was recorded. The ONLY interview they recorded. Interesting. Do we have that recording?

They didn't interview him until after the PI/FBI/Blogger.
Answering myself...
I can't find the audio but I did find the transcript ;)

Imagine where things might stand now if only a search warrant had been executed at 34F.

Alas...

Absolutely. Clear grounds for appeal.

LOL yes, but it sits better than all of these people being in cahoots to cover up an intention attack on a man by another man- resulting in an accidental death they have to coverup!

The coverup still happened- but later when they found JO. I think

So by my count that is three dog bite experts that say they are dog bites, correct?

I wasn’t so sure they were dog bites.
I was looking for bottom teeth impressions and bruising because she is a big dog. I also thought the absence of DNA seemed very fishy - still do.

Now it makes more sense after listening carefully to Dr. Russell and the other two explain

Here is footage from Sept 15, 2023 were Yannetti is before the judge accusing BA of telling lies regarding history of Chloe. First Few Minutes

Nope...
Lucky met with the PI two times, the first being 2 weeks after Jan 29 2022
Lucky also met with the FBI two times before June 2023.
June 2023 - Blogger writes 'do the right thing' article.
Aug 2023 - Blogger writes another article with what he called a transcript of his phone call (Lucky disputes the accuracy of that transcript)
Aug 2023 - MP and YB finally talk to Lucky (to me it seems they were more interested in who he talked to then the info he had) I have linked a transcript of their interview of him from Aug 10th.

one interesting thing I read... Does the FBI usually deliver subpoena's for the grand jury? Is that normal? Or was that unrelated to KR case?

Just have to say how surprised I am that Brennan keeps bringing up T1.

If I were on this jury, I would first off be wondering why there is another trial, where is this lead investigator that the CW didn’t have testify and where are all these other people that have been mentioned. Why was the FBI involved (that cat out of the bag now from Dever) and the CW didn’t have testify.

My hinky meter would definitely would be blinking rapidly.

Those smug smiles during direct were something else! She instigated several long pauses accompanied by the smug smile when she was clearly calculating how to answer; and at least one of those long pauses was in response to a yes or no question IIRC.
It was as if she thought she was somehow entitled to answer a yes or no question in some other way. Personally I felt like she presented an attitude of one part defensive, one part entitled and arrogant and one part victimised. She was unprofessional on the stand for sure. Jmo

...haha...too clever for her own good. Pretty dumb in my book. No forethought.

Now she will lay on the bed she made.

I disagree 100 percent. Dr. Russell has been practicing medicine for 30 years and in the ER at that, where the most horrific injuries are seen. She was most intelligent, polite, honest, and charismatic. There is no doubt the jury fell in love with her, just like the majority of Americans who are watching this trial. She was a much needed breath of fresh air! Finally, someone that didn't have the jury bored to tears because she was relatable and knew what she was talking about. Imo
@lohrtabitha
I totally agree with your post
@sunshineray I am attaching the bolded below from your post she replied to since I hate a long chain - inserting my comments with a different color -
What was Aleesi doing riding in the car with a witness? Couldn't she get a cab, an uber,
There is nothing inappropriate about expert witnesses riding with the defense. The prosecution uses Lieutenant Tully as their "uber" driver. LT Tully recently ferried Welcher (blue paint guy for the P) from Logan which is a long ride esp in traffic. You bet there was lots of trial chatter happening between them too;)

Then Attorney Alessi has a bit of a meltdown, yelling and banging, demanding a mistrial. Trying very hard to cut their loses because there was no doggie DNA found on the tears in JO's clothes. Oh the CW can't bring THAT up! That's a mistrial? That's a fact, swabbed and tested. MO Nobody is dismissing the fact of the lack of dog dna. This was more about that there was no legal foundation to introduce it at that moment by Mr Brennan. The judge "allowed" Brennan to continue but the Judge preserved Alessi's right to pursue his grievance in another court. I will agree ALessi was very passionate but I think he is very particular/a stickler for the law. He in no way thought she was going to call a mistrial. HIs intent was to have the legal issue preserved in the event they need it in an appelate case. Good strategy IMO if a bit theatrical

Now today, this poor plow guy doesn't know when he was on Fairview, he's been all over the place with his times. He and his brother have been harassed by a rabidly pro-KR blogger, written about online, talked about on podcasts, calling the plow driver's boss...all when the poor man had lost his wife.
The poor plow guy, Lucky, spoke to a PI long before any type of harrassment began. His story has stayed consistent. He began plowing about 230am going down Fairview twice before the police arrived at Fairview at approx 6am. So he drove by the crime scene twice between 230am and 6 am and saw NO BODY. Thats all we need to know except he also saw a Ford Edge at around 330am in front of the flagpole area.

I think this will work to show you. Time stamp is around 2.50

Court TV paid an expert to review the JO images to see if he agreed with Dr. Russell.

Here is his qualifications- he lists how many cases he has testified regarding dog bites

Dog Bite Expert CV

IMO
Wow. Thanks for posting this. I thought Court TV was against KR. This sure seems like they believe JOK was bitten.

Interesting how Jen, Proctor, the DA etc...didn't go that route. Because it wasn't plausable. In M00 they refused to be liable for JO's death, even via the dog.

They went a whole separate route texting others "Tell them the guy never came in the house.".......
Oh and don't forget Jen, Kerry, Brian A, and Proctor were all together in the same house making a timeline and being questioned by Proctor. This was their planning session of how to pin it on the girl in my opinion.
