Wolfe accounted for the temp at the time. The taillight was between 30-33 f.

I didn’t notice any fear either. Just pure contempt. IMO.
Tribal allegiance. I am sure she is pleased with herself. Wonder what she is thinking days later???

For all our Mass posters...

This cost around 50k for the defense.

The CW paid more than 300k.. I would be very very angry.

The difference between experts is night and day. The D definitely got the better deal and expert!! IMO! I can't wait to see how HB tries to discredit him.

MOO but yeah this is night & day compared to Aperture's testing and presentation of results.

New tail lights were installed for every test. Even if not damaged.

He's leaving little to nothing to chance. Moo we are seeing effective, scientifically valid experimentation.

The crash dummy does a pirouette at 24mph. That’s funny.

Testimony. The defense did not present evidence to the contrary.

The federal investigation concluded without action against Higgins, Dever, or Berkowitz.
I doubt the FBI would do so in the middle of a trial....

You'd have to ask her.

In M00, Dever lied on that stand to save her job.
She actually pretty much said that, that her job and life depended on what she said on the stand.. weirdly enough. All kinds of maneuvering words and smirks and false memories. The comments about being called into the commissioner of the Boston PD to talk about it. Do the right thing is what she said he said, so to HER it was not answer any questions straight out or with truth or examples, just total defensive and insulted behavior. Her credibility is gone to the public. Anyone running into her if she is on patrol at this time still, run the other way, get another cop, get vid and language recorded.. IMO

Test E 24 mph

Very small crack in the diffuser, the chrome inside, intact.

Was it consistent - based on the test results, inconsistent with striking an arm.

I missed if any damage to the sweatshirt???

He'll play dirty Imo and try to discredit the man and the motive not the work. Wolfe has had a taste of Brennan already during the knee jerk voir dire called by cannone three days into trial, so he is well prepped. He dealt with Brennan then and moo will do so again.

All the more reason she probably stuck around.
Wow, she did not leave, her answer is not saying she did, CLEARLY. She phrased it as her shift ended. END OF STORY. Remember he horrific unprofessional and resentful and caught out and MAD about it testimony. IMO

Judge Cannone has sustained EVERY objection from the CW today. Over 30.

The wife Nicole was cleaning - you know how Jenn Mc Cabe said Nicole cleans and bleaches everything.
Was that a tell? Had BA and wife been up all night bleaching Johns blood out of the carpet and cement basement floor etc.
I think Jenn was trying to account for a bleach smell in the house if anyone noticed.
SO twisted

I agree. In reviewing the prior trial testimony, it was very telling how there were several witnesses that somehow managed to get into their testimony how Nicole was cleaning that night as soon as she returned from the bar, and in fact is "always" cleaning. IMO it appears to be the result of prior conversations agreeing to try to get that info into the testimony of several people.

I was just getting ready to say this. I feel like this is very important evidence! IMO

her time records in Canton did not support her statements.
who keeps her time records and how are they recorded? She did not recant because
she wanted to. The underlying time records made her original statements unsubstantiated.
Please tell me on what planet does a police officer make false allegations to the FBI incriminating her department, her department can prove she is lying and she isn’t fired, suspended without pay, something..?

What other police department is going to hire her and risk exposing their own officers to someone who does things like that? Especially one with very close ties to the case she lied about?

OTOH, if she is telling the truth, therefore it can’t be disproven, and her recanting the whole thing is the only way to salvage the mess she made. What might happen in that case?

the mass of the body rotated, was not projected. Consistent with Wolfe's experience.

The grass around JOK and that lawn was def 'searched' by the leaf blower, layer by layer, softly.. nothing was found. Watch that vid you will see how impossible to NOT have found BRIGHT RED pieces, lots of people right there looking down for anything at all, the reason for the 'looking'. No deep snow, the man using the leaf blower was ACTIVELY looking for anything, to repeat. NO red plastic pieces. You probably did watch that vid to see that ? IMO

I thought they searched the road first and found a single piece of red plastic and some bar glass.

Then later they returned to search the grass with the leaf blowers to find the rest of the taillight, the bar glass, his cap, and shoe?
Is this not correct?

The pics I’ve seen are not good enough to make a map or determine how far items are from each other or where JOK was located. There may not be any of this type of evidence?

IMO
