I agree. In reviewing the prior trial testimony, it was very telling how there were several witnesses that somehow managed to get into their testimony how Nicole was cleaning that night as soon as she returned from the bar, and in fact is "always" cleaning. IMO it appears to be the result of prior conversations agreeing to try to get that info into the testimony of several people.
No question to cover any bleach smell question, detergents. It's Raining Men song to the 'girls' is also very telling, 'so funny' they have to show everyone alll the time. Guarantee is was up very loud, right Jen? IMO

For all our Mass posters...

This cost around 50k for the defense.

The CW paid more than 300k.. I would be very very angry.

Definitley - considering the P also had the option to use the ARCCA report for free from the feebs
It just is more salt in the wound for us in Norfolk County
I hope the media hammers the economics home

the mass of the body rotated, was not projected. Consistent with Wolfe's experience.
I'm not watching right now. Has the tail light broken into 47 pieces yet and bitten and scratched his arm in a symmetrical, parallel marks pattern?

I thought they searched the road first and found a single piece of red plastic and some bar glass.

Then later they returned to search the grass with the leaf blowers to find the rest of the taillight, the bar glass, his cap, and shoe?
Is this not correct?

The pics I’ve seen are not good enough to make a map or determine how far items are from each other or where JOK was located. There may not be any of this type of evidence?

IMO
the leaf blower was early morning. They did NOT find any tail light pieces.

It was later that day that the SERT team came back and found a few pieces, the hat, the shoe.

The scene was NOT secured during the day, just an FYI.

Of course, the body would rotate and not project if only the arm was impacted. Makes sense, the force is unbalanced so the body would spin.

I’ve seen people speculating that JOK could have been flung up into the air.
Nope- pretty sure the arm could come off of the body before it could lift the body off the ground- wow what damage that shoulder and elbow would suffer.

Imagining the living body damage of these impacts is sickening

I see now why the CW went from hit him to side swiping him.

The diffuser specifically, more damage in Karen's SUV then in the last test.

i'm surprised she just hasn't chimed in herself to ASK the CW if they would like to object.. She IS a ;member of their team, obviously
IMO it is almost like she sustains before we even hear the objection.

Why couldn't the CW bring a witness to testify to science like this?
Moo…Because they’d get the same or very similar results to what Dr. Wolfe is testifying to right now, which would be abhorrent to a prosecutor who wants a guilty verdict and not justice! 🙄. Shameful.

Defense should rest now! IMO!

I do believe that the defense wants the jury to marinate on this testimony for the weekend. Great strategy IMO
