She should say, prosecution misrepresented the evidence....and now you can choose to disregard any or ALL comments by lawyers if you find they have been untruthful....haha. Magical thinking.
I think she could have said something close to that.

The Defense brought to my attention xyz and on further reflectiom Mr Brennan agrees he misspoke.

Otherwise the jury could think that Brennan himself went to her to fix the situation.

I think that is why Alessi wanted to hold up the sweatshirt - kind of signals that the Defense said Hey not so fast.

But the Judge is not happy this has ocurred with Brennan - she could not let it stand bc so obvious, but she hated she had no other choice.

Excessive thirst?
I don't understand this rush. She makes it clear but KR is entitled to a trial and whatever time it takes, it takes. I feel like the Judge shouldn't be doing this. It seems like she is constantly asking how long and trying to shorten things up all while someone's life is at stake.

I think it’s clear that everything Judge does is to aid CW in convicting KR. I’ve gone from aghast to appalled.

She should have admonished Brennan and the Commonwealth.
Wth is wrong with her? Jmo she's not fit to preside. No admonishment of the misleading PA, Brennan. No grave concerns, no public lashing like she doled out to the defense on the basis of Brennan's pure speculation back in April? And some think she's impartial. I seriously don't get that. Jmo

OMG, she is so rude herself. Someone needs to look into this Judge. The heavy sighs, and just now the complete attitude with Mr. Allessi.
Is the Honorable Judge Cannone always like this with the defense or is it just this case in particular?

he used the 50 percentile dummy when showing what happens when falling backwards on to cement. So are you saying that his testing should be disregarded, right?
I'm saying the all tests are different than the forces that actually hit JO. They may give an example. I'm just really surprised the defense even wanted to call the ARCCA witness considering what Test E showed happening. But as I've stated, they probably had no other choice. My opinions.

IMO The judge knows what she needs to do but she has such an attitude...and looks like she is in pain.
She wrote out some kind of statement but when it came in front of the jury, it was shamelessly LAME!!

I'm listening.. we are going to have to hear a lot of this when she testifies later.

She does have extensive experience...

I'm waiting to hear the judge say she doesn't 🫣

I learned something new today... did anyone know there was holes in the back of the sweatshirt?

I went back to look again, but we can't see where Brennan is point to on the sweatshirt.

Wolfe said they are not consistent with road rash.

My first thought... a dog pulling at the sweatshirt... but no idea where the holes are.
Certainly makes sense, the dog jumping up behind him biting and ripping his shirt. Our dog used to do that playingly ripping several of my sons shirts and shorts when they would run away from her.

It has not been proved that JO was hit.....JMOO
