Wouldn’t it be WILD if alllll of this is from something simple like this? Chloe attacks for some reason, JO falls backwards and hits his head, a bunch of drunk dudes don’t want to get in trouble bc the family dog caused the fall… so they concoct this plan to ditch the body near the road to hopefully blame it on the snow plow. Karen calls too early looking for him, JM pivots and they decide KR can be blamed. Case closed.

This is actually what I do think happened. But it's my measley opinion lol I think it could have been more about a liability issue...the Albert's dog, their house. They would have had some liability IMO

I have never seen a trial that seems to be unfolding in real time. Generally, the prosecutor should be ready to go. I have never seen something like this where it seems like he changes his position every time someone testifies and the Judge allows the prosecution to change with each person. Very strange! IMO!

Jackson now reading the actual questions to Dr. Russell. Saying it was all by design. Suggesting that Dr. Laposata didn't agree with her, then 3 days later filed a motion to not allow Dr. Laposata.

Why wasnt defense allowed to say the prosecution experts were not even qualified experts for court.

Yes, it’s like they’re not nailed down to any one cause of John’s death. The wounds were caused by a tail light… or by bushes. John was struck directly and killed, his head hit the spoiler… actually it didn’t, he was side swept and piroutted away before dying… it goes on and on.

I know early on in a case, it’s normal for prosecutors to present evolving theories. But this is just ridiculous, IMO. especially the changes in mechanism of injury to Johns head.

Another meeting so Brennan can tell the Judge what testimony he does not want allowed so the Judge can again agree to suppress the defense. I think many of us are well familiar to the collusion that continues to take place and there will be no surprises what the rulings will be. IMO

He’s not a prosecutor by profession though. I don’t think he has that true desire for justice. He’s a hired gun that’s essentially acting as the defense counsel of Proctor and the McAlbert’s IMO
