Yes, it’s like they’re not nailed down to any one cause of John’s death. The wounds were caused by a tail light… or by bushes. John was struck directly and killed, his head hit the spoiler… actually it didn’t, he was side swept and piroutted away before dying… it goes on and on.

I know early on in a case, it’s normal for prosecutors to present evolving theories. But this is just ridiculous, IMO. especially the changes in mechanism of injury to Johns head.
I know, I just can't wrap my head around it.

When you have a weak case you resort to cheating and smearing

I am just at the point where Brennan is arguing to the judge, why wasn't this addressed earlier....geesh

Because she is kicking his a$$?

I have never seen a trial that seems to be unfolding in real time. Generally, the prosecutor should be ready to go. I have never seen something like this where it seems like he changes his position every time someone testifies and the Judge allows the prosecution to change with each person. Very strange! IMO!
a judge worth her salt would not allow this circus to continue. JMOO

I cannot fathom how anyone seeing this trial from start to present can honestly say they don’t see the bias and judicial handcuffs the CW with the court as accomplice is tethering the defense with. Infuriating

HE said he conferred with her in the past but will no longer use her expertise for reasons he would not mention here.
He said it was a mischarateration….

‘This case once again. A lawyer hires the expert as defense counsel and sing her praises. He later gets paid to prosecute and will now seek to destroy her for her alleged incompetence on matters from 2003 which are unrelated to this case (and for which he was almost certainly aware of before he hired her).’

I hope Brennan is being paid enough to retire because he won’t get much good will from experts if he’s back behind the defense table

So Brennan has been given permission by the court to cross Dr L on the Station Fire and her leaving the ME office.

I couldn't hear what HB said about his using the doctor. Did he admit that he used her for his cases?
Just a few times and he was very dissapointed the last time and would not hire her again is what I heard

But of course the judge is allowing it. I had no doubt. It's so frustrating.
…….and of course Judge Bev is allowing Brennan most of this garbage in questioning this witness
Are you two in the same room? On the same feed maybe?

LOL

maybe he was that kid in school that never took notes and aced all his exams? ;)

He is only 1 juror. I think the non- note taker does take notes sometimes. Just not as much as the others.
Don't forget the judge suddenly decided to have a one on one with each individual juror separately maybe two weeks ago? It was all done off camera although I believe / hope the attorney's were present. Anyway, imo this is something to think about when it comes to foreperson selection. Jmo

It seems so late in the game for this.

Looks like Brennan can not compete with Laposata"s intellect so now the dirty mob lawyer will try character assasination...IMO
So True, I never seen such one sided Options and Judgements against the Defense. This trial has turned into a Three Ring Circus, imo. If a proper investigation would have been done from the beginning, there would be no TRIAL. Imo

Huge waste of important time. That was an awful thing, that time, that fire. So many people trapped inside and a long time to remove and of course needing dental records if able to obtain.. awful job. A guy in my neighborhood at the time was killed in there, only son and single older mother. Terrible. I expected her reasons for leaving that position as she did was just as said by the defense. Filled with integrity she is along with incredible experience and credentials. Knows her stuff and that is that. IMO

It’s infuriating to watch Brennan take his sweet time, walking the jury through every single point without interruption, no eye rolls, no sighs, no time limits. Meanwhile, Jackson and Alessi are constantly cut off, rushed, or met with visible annoyance. Just this morning, Jackson simply asked to make his record, and Cannone flat-out denied him. The double standard is glaring, and an insult to the idea of a fair trial,

IMO she won’t ever want to work with him after this either, I’m sure it’s mutual. Especially since he’s about to try and destroy her credibility.

He’s not a prosecutor by profession though. I don’t think he has that true desire for justice. He’s a hired gun that’s essentially acting as the defense counsel of Proctor and the McAlbert’s IMO
If he can't behave as a lead prosecutor should when he is being paid in the role of prosecutor, then he should recuse himself or be forced to recuse. It is unacceptable. Jmo
