Hank really got snookered with the X rays. I feel like it’s one of the main reasons he doesn’t want Welcher back on the stand. God forbid the jury hears: “I was not made aware by the CW of any X rays”

On the other hand, when Dr Welcher was testifying, he did have a curiously specific response IMO. He did not say ‘no x rays exist.’ His exact phrasing was ‘I did not view any X rays’, IIRC.

IMO, This might be the wisest thing Brennen has done all trial. There is absolutely NOTHING to be gained by recalling any of the prior CW witnesses. None. It would only get far worse than it already is for them.

I can see why he was the defense teams last witness. He was a great witness to end with. Brennan put on a terrible show in front of the jury today and that helps. Again I’ll say what JBC allowed Brennan yo get away with today was insane. There was a time towards the end of his questioning, he asked the same thing 5 times. I said out loud, hes answered this! He never got a different answer. I can’t believe she just alllows that to happen and then rushes AJ.

I am coming up to the end of his testimony... I was on 2x speed this afternoon, but all I heard was Brennan pointing out all the things that Welcher DIDN'T say, DIDN'T do, am I wrong? lol

They seriously OVERPAID Aperture if everything they did was not done to prove anything specific to the case.

Saying that Welcher didn't say his arm was the way he did his blue paint test! WHATTTTTT!?!!? Then why do it at all?

That tells me that this whole x-ray situation was not an error on Brennan’s part. IMO, Brennan doesn’t want the jury to hear what Welcher has to say about it.

I don't see any posts about it... but Brennan did ask Dr. Rentschler when he got the xrays... Dr. R got them last year and had them when he did his initial report, which was for the FBI, before the 1st trial.

There is NO reason for Welcher to not know about them, or for Brennan to not know about them, or for Lally to not know about them.

The last things the jury heard were Dr. Russell unequivocally testify an opinion that the arm injuries were doing bites and inconsistent with an SUV-pedestrian strike, PO Barros unequivocally testify that the taillight “absolutely” did not match the way the MSP claim it was found, Loughran unequivocally testify there was no body on the lawn when he plowed after 12:30, Dr. Wolfe unequivocally testify that the SUV damage was not consistent with a pedestrian strike, Dr. Lopasata unequivocally testify and contradict every medical theory of the DA’s case (on pedestrian strike, no hypothermia, animal bites present, a ridge/pattern injury on head not consistent with striking lawn), and Dr. Rentschler unequivocally testify that kinetics and physics demonstrate his strong opinion that there was no SUV-pedestrian strike. None of these witnesses were impeached on anything meaningful other than Barros and the photograph, which was successfully rehabilitated. Reasonable doubt is everywhere, particularly where the DA case is tethered to experts saddled with academic dishonesty and competence issues.’

so there were no fractures noted in the autopsy report but they didn't actually X-ray from the records I've seen either his hand or his arm so there was at least according to autopsy report no overt fractures but the x-rays I saw none of them were of the arm and the autopsy report
