I believe that at least one juror will have knowledge from trial one that they are dancing around the FBI. I'm sure that will be shared during deliberation.

When I heard that a witness called out his kids' birthday, I hadn't had my coffee yet and forgot what planet I was on and for some reason I thought they were talking about a CW witness (thinking maybe I missed all of Rentscher." My first thought was like, honestly can't stand the guy but so what? Let him wish his kid a happy birthday. Not a big deal. Now that I realize it is a defense witness, I still don't care. Such a non-big-deal. Much like the ham sandwich, isn't going to make a difference.

Brennan seemed VERY concerned about xrays.

Wants to discredit anything to do with those xrays!

He might not want to call back Welcher....so will Welcher say he never saw those xrays.....or he lied on the stand. Either way prosecution is COOKED.

Is Hank trying to get a mistrial before Welcher gets back to testify? Is it better for Hank to get a mistrial now vs a mistrial or an innocent from the jury ?

Why is Hank so desperate? What does he have riding on this ? I don't believe he will ever be DA here in Norfolk County unless, as Howie Carr would say, the"fix was in".

Is there a special out side the contract bonus for Brennan for a GUILTY verdict - that the DA promised - maybe a little incentive package for the judge ?

This all does not make a lot of sense. People say the DA needs a win - but why? Why is so much riding on this case ? Where does the FBI fit in?

Interestingly enough I came across a chat on another platform that was 30/40 year olds ish and the topic was to the effect if you were on a jury would you look at social media etc.
I know I would not but I am honest (to a fault I am told).
There were about 200 replies and the majority said yes - everyone does ! There were only a few that said absolutley not.
I was kind of shocked but I can be naive about those things.
I was on a jury - concerned a famous persons daughter - about 20 years ago and to this day I dont discuss it.
But I think maybe times have changed
