I agree. I want to finish out this trial but I find myself looking for an exit when subjected to Brennan's ludicrous dribble. IMO

I plan my workouts during Brennan. Helps deal with the annoyance. My problem today is that Brennan's cross is lasting a long time. My bike ride wasn't nearly long enough. LOL

This is the statement Brennan gave after Morrissey appointed him to prosecute this case. Now that this trial is coming to an end, imo I fail to see his first obligation in his statement.


“I have two core obligations. The first is to make certain that Karen Read receives a fair trial. Ms. Read will receive the dignity and fairness that every defendant deserves in our criminal justice system. The second is to ensure that the facts surrounding John O’Keefe’s death are fully and fairly aired in the courtroom without outside influence,” Brennan said in a statement.

So much for those obligations.
So much for dignity and fairness.
So much for FACTS.
So much for JUSTICE for the VICTIM.
Brennan and this judge are the dregs of the legal system, and their behavior is appalling.
Hope they both face some major consequences when all is said and done.

Strictly MOO of course, but I think having a defense attorney act as a prosecutor for this case really backfired on Morrissey. Brennan can not seem to get out of defense attorney mode and comes across as a disrespectful, badgering bully. I'm not sure that will sit well with the jury and they may have been turned off by his rude behavior many witnesses ago.

I can see why he was the defense teams last witness. He was a great witness to end with. Brennan put on a terrible show in front of the jury today and that helps. Again I’ll say what JBC allowed Brennan yo get away with today was insane. There was a time towards the end of his questioning, he asked the same thing 5 times. I said out loud, hes answered this! He never got a different answer. I can’t believe she just alllows that to happen and then rushes AJ.
