I can see why he was the defense teams last witness. He was a great witness to end with. Brennan put on a terrible show in front of the jury today and that helps. Again I’ll say what JBC allowed Brennan yo get away with today was insane. There was a time towards the end of his questioning, he asked the same thing 5 times. I said out loud, hes answered this! He never got a different answer. I can’t believe she just alllows that to happen and then rushes AJ.

It is so obviously blatant and disheartening to realize they just do not care about their bias and are so openly arrogant about it. IMO.

I cringed when he tried to bring his kids into it right off the bat and was glad the judge shut that down. He sounded like he was rambling and there is no place for that in a court case. After that, he was great. Another check mark for “he wasn’t hit by the SUV”.

Please let the defence rest and let’s get onto the next phase!

He really was i think taken a bit aback by Hank's surly demeanor and his badgering without any assist from the judge.

The place he should be at when he answers the defense (or anyone's) questions as a witness.
To wit, with straight forward, to the point answers.

As opposed to him answering the CW questions with the same disdain that Yuri showed the defense on cross.

IMO, Rentschler is a credible expert. In no way did he react like YB. He answered the questions honestly and explained his results in a way that made it easy to understand for jurors. In addition, he actually did some work and had actual science to back him up. If folks are unable to see that Brennan is being difficult, condescending, and incredibly rude to this expert, I don’t know what else to say. Moo.

I've been watching and understanding the judge's actions and attitude during this trial. Think about it, if Karen Read is found not guilty then the legal system has to deeply investigate the Law Enforcement Officers involved in this case. They simply do not want to have to do this. It would be a real stink on their part. That, IMO, explains why Karen Read has gone through the mistrials and is now going through trial again.

Totally agree - the person that was acting insolent and Yuri like - was Brennan. The witness was very credible. Dr R was annoyed and I think pretty perplexed by Brennans attitude - He is a Pittsburgh guy - people there are alot more mid west like - Brennan"s rudeness I think was off putting to him.
You can ask the questions without being a d--K.
