He, although might have been an instigator and feel responsible for getting JOK to the house, he may have been just a witness to the attack.
He didn't hide. He by his own admission left early and videos prove he was at Canton PD abt 1:30am and was there a good part of the night, as seen on videos, although he says he went home from CPD to sleep either on couch or in bed.
He spoke to BA at least once perhaps to update eachother as to what each did after he left 34 Fairview to get the plan in place. He may have even understood or reluctantly agreed to go along with the plan or was threatened with being blamed for the attack. Later he did dispose of his phone but according to testimony there were no known calls that night to anyone else in the family.
Of course he ended up as part of it because he was there. He then returned to 34 Fairview the next morning after the body of JOK was found and after the donut delivery around 7:30am. At abt 11:30am KR reached out to him by text saying John is dead. He didn't respond. He knew something.
IMO, if he caused the final blow to JOK, he would not have been the recipient to the 'blanket of lies' from the family. Those people would not have doubled down for him like we've seen happen here. IMO, the final blow came from someone closer to or part of the family.
He has no deep roots, and no family in Canton. He is not related to everyone else. He's LE but still an outsider. He would be protected by LE circling the wagons for the family, but IMO, the LE doesn't know the entire truth of what really happened. IMO, they were told enough to cover up and frame KR.
Supposedly there has been or still is an investigation of some sort by the FBI. What brought it on initially? What is it about? How far has it gone? Is it over? Is there more than one??
Obviously the FBI employed AARCA for a reason. Then handed results to both the CW and the Defense to IMO show the CW that they were on the wrong track in charging KR and obviously the FBI thought someone else was responsible for the death of JOK. The CW didn't use the results and the rest is history. Who is not afraid of the FBI???
Was the investigation paused until this verdict was reached? Has the Defense been in contact with the FBI?? Is this verdict just part of a bigger investigation that overlaps? Think of how many people it might implicate who in turn would implicate even those higher up?

IF KR is found Not Guilty and barring any jury tampering, I think she will be but I don't see anyone cooperating without full immunity. Even the family.
