The irony is more like the villain of this story was trying to impede justice if she was trying to prevent KR from claiming she hit John. That's the reality we're dealing with in relation to Jen McCabe. If she was trying to prevent Karen from talking like that, JMc immediate response was trying to protect someone in her "family". It proves how far JMc will go to protect people in her circle.

He’s heavily emotion - based right now… which makes sense since their entire case is appeal to outrage fallacy at this point.

If someone is already leaning guilty it might work. If they’re leaning NG I’d imagine they’re viewing him as a bit of a snake oil salesman rn.

You should have heard him with Proctor last trial! He didn't shy away from exposing the dark misogyny driving Proctor. No sugar coating for that jury and none for this one. Jackson is an incredible lawyer and orator but imo he also displays courage in spades.
