Search warrant signed by Judge Krupp on 1/22/2024 -- authorizing the data seized to be copied but NOT searched. Cosgrove has played dumb to this question every time it comes up -- why they did not make a copy and return her phone as last ordered by Judge Cannone on 8/11/2025 (to return her vehicle and phones).

Unfortunately, I'm afraid Judge Krupp simply wants to ignore anything Judge Doolin heard or ruled on before Krupp returned to this courtroom today. Very odd... JMO

I don’t know if anyone has been following the drama on twitter, you tube etc. It seems Turtleboy recorded Karen without her knowledge. Is the state trying to nail him with recording her illegally? Or do they think she incriminated herself somehow in conversations with him? I would hate to see her get arrested again.
