The last line... "And as Col. Noble has admitted, the years-long corruption is systemic"
I truly believe it is!
Agree, and should be investigated but where do you begin to clean it up??The last line... "And as Col. Noble has admitted, the years-long corruption is systemic"
I truly believe it is!
"Following the discovery of new evidence from Michael Proctor’s cell phone, the State Police Association of Massachusetts’ Executive Board unanimously voted to sever all support for his appeal. We hope this decisive move closes a deeply embarrassing chapter in State Police history," Union President Brian Williams said in a statement.
This wasn’t so much about Proctor deciding not to move forward, but the police union.
What happens next? Can Karen’s lawyers get this info? Surely there are comments about her case with other people. And you have to figure every lawyer whose client has been convicted is tying to get it all. The state police says they hope it ends an embarrassing chapter in their history but I think the can of worms has just been opened.
So it was confirmed! I had heard speculation that his lawyer dumped him.Not to mention that Proctor's lawyer, Daniel Moynihan, wasted no time in immediately withdrawing from representing Proctor. (This was revealed by Howie Carr on Melanie Little today after he talked Moynihan).
Also, it seems to me there could be many years of data for the Feds to review that could also wrap up any criminal conspiracy and/or corruption investigation.... JMO
He bought a new phone in 2024. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I think he set that phone up to delete text messages after 30 days but he didn’t realize it hooked up to the cloud where his info from 2013 onward was stored. When they went into the cloud they found hundreds of thousands (!!!!) of items. This isn’t just text messages but photos, voice notes etc. Probably what’s app conversations and more. So they have a ton of stuff to go through. Imagine if he took a pic of Karen’s car before it broke into 47 pieces. Then think about who he texted and what was said. This was his personal phone but was he texting with other cops and the Alberts and McCabes? John’s family?I haven't kept up with everything... but I do see things on social media here and there ...
Proctor, from what I understand, he thought everything deleted every 30 days from his phone, but of course after the KR trials, in a different case they wanted his phone... they found ALL of his messaged in his icloud or some cloud lol Yep, the union dumped him quickly.
I am not a huge fan of Aidan Kearney (aka Turtleboy)... but there is some super shadey stuff there too, which of course involves some local LE, like Tully.
What a mess. And if KR didn't have the lawyers she did... I bet we wouldn't the half of it!
Crazy! and good to see a few of you still keeping up with it too![]()
I loveeee that Jackson is still helping KR. He is all in on this.He bought a new phone in 2024. Alan Jackson must be salivating at what he can get his hands on now.
Lawyers of previously convicted people are going to want to see if there was evidence of bad policing. Lawyers of people awaiting trial are going to want it.
This is the tip of the iceberg.
If the highly sensitive info is something they want to protect the police from, that had better not happen. If it’s to protect the names of victims, that should be a given. I bet they’re still trying to protect cops. This makes me think of the "no nudes yet" message that he sent to his group chat, the one that Bukhenik replied with the
I sure hope it wasn't habit with all of them to look and share if they found some.
What a douchebag.
I am sure we will learn more as time goes on, a lot of these cases kinda end after the trial... this one keeps throwing little tidbits at us lol
