Do you mean the 2 bits of plastic "found" on JOK's clothes AFTER they laid 'somewhere' in the station while drying out for 6 days before being bagged and labeled? The defense was quick to point out that this evidence was unsecured ( like the rest of the case) and suspect to tampering. The same clothing that was never photographed and documented upon receiving? Reasonable Doubt again. MOO

The testimony from the Forensic Scientist was limited, regarding these pieces found on the clothing. Truly, she knew that the evidence was more than likely compromised before she ever received it. IMO

As the FBI pointed out JO injuries was not consistent with being hit by a car, and the car damage was not consistent with hitting a person. The Defense back up what they say. In my humble opinion, I expect to see this in closing arguments. MOO.
-Added to the bizarre medical examiners death certificate (an insult to JO).
-and doctored evidence (and as some quipped now known as 'proctored evidence'),
-appalling handling of evidence
-inconsistent testimonies,

Proctor is a 'Time Traveler', IMO.
He has ways of making people appear and disappear on video.
And also, time seems to get " foggy" where Proctor is concerned.

If I'm being fully honest, I haven't given an awful lot of thought to the merits of Karen's cover up conspiracy. Among the many reasons for this is because we're now a significant way into the trial and I haven't seen a single piece of evidence that goes to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Karen Read murdered John O'Keefe with her car. Instead I'm seeing a terribly executed criminal investigation and I gravely fear that the evidence that otherwise would prove how JO'K died (let alone who caused him to die) has either been mishandled or destroyed either through incompetence or on purpose. This man's poor family did absolutely nothing to deserve this and whatever our opinions on this case I'm sure we all have huge amounts of sympathy for the O'Keefe family.

So what's left? Well, without even attempting to predict what absolute madness will take place in that courtroom while Trooper Michael Proctor is sat in the witness box, the CW needs expert witnesses to prove:

- that a Lexus SUV travelling at 24mph colliding into a fully grown man can cause a significant amount of the injuries that were found on John O'Keefe's body
- that a Lexus SUV travelling at 24mph colliding into a fully grown man can cause its' plastic tail light cover to completely shatter into multiple pieces and scatter all over a lawn

You might be able to tell from my tone that I'm not entirely optimistic that they will do this. But if they do, then and only then will I really consider whether the defense theory has weight or if it's as BS as some people seem to be very convinced that it is!

The "shread of evidence" is that the only piece of gass that matched one of the pieces of glass found on the bumper was found and submitted by Proctor. There was plenty of testimony about that last week. Maybe you missed that?

Proctor is under internal investigation for the handling of this case,
-The appalling handling of evidence,
-the doctored video ,
-the FBI stating that the injuries are inconsistent with being hit by a car, and the car damage is inconsistent with hitting a person (except to see this is closing arguments),
-the bizzare death certificate telling us what he did NOT die of... what the heck?????? He did not drown, he did not get shot, he was not in a plane crash, he did not have a heart attack, he did not die of complications of another condition, A death cert. simply states what he died of (in this case undetermined) never of what he did NOT die of. Very questionable.
-the suspiciously timed destruction of phones as he was 'cutting through the base', cutting through a military base?? the military member submits your visit for approval, once approved your name is put on the list, the gate guards check your id and that your name matches the list, a military base is a secure zone there is no way to cut through it'
The suspicious effort to extract very little info instead of handing over the phone.
