We really don't know much about Sandra's life. We seem to define her, so far, by her daughter and grandchildren.
But that is only one facet of a woman's life..
I'm wondering if someone resurfaced from her past.
I'm wondering who, how many people, had her new address since moving.
Is it possible that she had a new romance, one which the rest of the family didn't know about?
Just thinking outside the box here. Her daughter said that Sandra is a homebody. But, respectfully, sometimes our adult children don't know us as well as they think.
Good post! And I think you could absolutely be correct. This case is so perplexing to me. I really believe this to be foul play, but truly hope I’m wrong. MOO

Let’s talk about the clothing. This article and several others state, “She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and pink three-quarter length sweat pants and slip on shoes.“ Was she wearing this outfit in the Cumby’s footage? I still haven’t seen it.
This, of course, does not tell us if the clothes were found at the home, but if they were, I doubt they would release the description with her information? IMO
Missing Hanson woman's daughter desperate for answers

EEE is 90 percent fatal in horses. People often mistake the symptoms for flu. There was a gentleman earlier last month I believe that went to ER not feeling well and died a couple days later. Sad. Nasty mosquitoes. The heart worm they carry is horrible and malaria is devistating MOO

Does anyone know the name of the mechanic’s shop that the car was at? IMO

Bump for Sandra. I’ve been away for a bit and was hoping that there would be more answers for her family by now.

Question: Was the clothing she was seen wearing on the store video found at her home or not?

Has anything been reported since LE went back to search her home again?

I find it a little curious that she's been missing this long and we're just not seeing a lot of MSM reporting on her disappearance at all.

This case really is entirely in the wheelhouse of shows like ID's "Disappeared."

It's a bonafide mystery.

JMO.
In some ways, it reminds me of Jean Johnson's disappearance in NM. Just poof! Gone... MOO

ETA: Do we know if Sandra owned a gun?

In Connecticut, EEE is a big thing. The state health dept. captures and tests mosquitoes and informs towns if they find any carriers. Then the towns put out warnings etc. Another soul succumbed to EEE overnight, I saw in the paper this morning.

Come to think of it, I wonder if anything was missing from her home- articles of clothing, suit case, etc. Strange that some things were left behind.

I still feel foul play is involved. It may not have happened at the house. An old acquaintance or friend could have dropped by unexpectedly and asked her to go for a quick walk or ride with them, maybe saying they needed someone to talk to. So, if nothing shows up at the house, it's still possible that she was harmed, but elsewhere.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of savvy criminals out there lately. Many know about DNA and forensics.

Did a former partner ask to meet her somewhere? Did they know her car was in the shop?
Did they plan to offer her a ride home?
Thinking of u Sandra ❤

The vigil was approved for Saturday per her website :D (Oct 2nd, 2019 - Day 57)
I unfortunately cannot be there but I will certainly light a candle and be thinking of her and wishing for answers...

Vigil to be held for missing Hanson woman Sandra Crispo
[...]

...The 54-year-old grandmother had recently moved to Hanson from Houghs Neck, and her daughter says she thinks someone in the neighborhood is withholding information that would help her case.

[...]

A vigil will be held at noon on Saturday, Oct. 5 at Hanson Town Hall, 542 Liberty St.

[...]

McMahon says Mass. State Police have taken over the investigation and that officers with the state police crime lab were back in Crispo’s house for the second time last Friday.

I'm not so sure that's a good thing or a bad thing- the state police crime lab going back a second day. It means one of two things to me:

1. they found nothing and are taking a closer look in other areas they might have missed or didn't think was relevant.

2. they found something that may belong to Sandra, indicating possible foul play- blood and/or urine that doesn't belong to the dog or any other animals that have lived there previously.

The reason I asked about the mechanic’s shop is that I noticed the burglar alarm went off at the one kind of near her house. It was a day (maybe 2?) before she disappeared. It’s probably nothing, but I was just curious. IMO.

That is interesting! Would she have needed a ride back, though, from there if it was within walking distance?

It’s about a 15 min walk or about 1/2 mile. I love to walk and I had to go somewhere tonight that was about the same distance, but I drove due to the pouring rain. The closest Cumberland Farms is further up on the same road about 2 miles away from her house. There are a million places where her car could have been fixed. There just isn’t enough info :-(

Do we know if it was a franchise type of auto repair shop, or an independent individual?

Is it possible that the mechanic asked her on a date, for later that evening?

I am hoping it is the second, the bed slats still bother me and I do think something happened to her in the house - JMO
