I sincerely hope my initial post did not offend anyone.

As I stated I do not have a vast amount of knowledge especially not in satanism, it is now my understanding from the w/article that someone from the darkside is abusing the true meaning of this holiday:-

alarm bells went off because this is the day (confirmed on the official website set up by Madeleines' family) that she went missing. I didn’t dwell on the content on either site - it is not a place I allow my consciousness to dwell but it does enlighten me to the fact that this wickedness exists and Sincerely Pray Madeleine was not a victim of someone whom could be sucked in by such misguidance.

I am a relative newbee as far as 'posting' is concerned - I have been guided to the fact that "Religious discussions are prohibited at Websleuths" so wont focus on it anymore, just wanted to explain my reasons for posting what I did and do wonder also kahskye if this has been investigated.

The consistent belief I do adhere to is 'Karma' and I would not want to be in the shoes of the person/s responsible for any ill harm this child has been a victim to.

Sincere Apologies again to anyone I may have offended.

You didn't offend me at all!
There are many misconstrued ideas about Wicca. It is actually a very peaceful, free way of life.
However, Satanists are bad, bad, bad and do, unfortunately exist, as sick as that is.
I can see the point you were making and it's a good angle to cover. When a child goes missing, every possible motivation should be thought of....and that was scary stuff in what you posted! I wonder what makes some people so deviant?

I too am a big believer in karma....actually in Wicca "karma" is a big part of our beliefs...only it's called the "3 fold rule"....which means anything you put out there, bad or good, comes back to you 3 fold....see? same thing.

I truly believe that whoever has Maddie will get theirs, one way or another.
And I can't even begin to tell you how much I hope that no harm has come to her and that she will soon be back home. Such a beauitful child...it makes my heart hurt to even imagine what she may be enduring right now. I don't post much on this thread....mostly read...which maybe I shouldn't even do that...because when I thought about that baby spending her birthday with some monster, it was almost my undoing. I cried for her. No child should spend thier birthday in captivity. That thought is torture.

Hi Jdee, I read last ight that both 'witnesses' left the station at 14:30, which is 2:30 in the afternoon. It was from a local poster who saw this on her TV news there. I don't know if it is the case though, as it was reported only Michele {lady} was there and then that she left and he remained for hours. We'll have to see what we hear from that in a link I think.

Also, I just read that 4 British inspectors were at Praia da Luz this morning doing measurements outside the McCanns apt. That is also from a local who, and I call that Direct News! LOLOLOL Scandi

Thank you for this. I had a different picture in mind of everything, and I will now happily jump on the bad parent bandwagon.

I had in mind a more enclosed, secluded resort with the parents in an open area just across the way from the villa. This is not the case.

Still - what little effort it would have taken to hire a babysitter or have one adult stay with all the kids. Much less than the McCanns have now done.

Even so, too high a price for an error in judgment.

I don't know where Marrakesh is but I wonder how likely it would be that there would be a 3 year old in this gas station that looked like Madeleine and spoke British? I say British because Americans say, 'Mommy' over 'Mummy'. I think this is a very hot lead and am appaled it has not been followed up more.

I wasn't absolutely sure that the patio door was left open until I read this on the site:-

Everyone talks about the back doors but having attended the scene I thought there was no way someone would force open some shutters and climb in the window where you could easily be noticed, when you could simply walk through the patio door

That! defies my belief system.......agree though that it is "too high a price for an error in judgment".

Many here in the UK are not so sympathetic-feelings are running very high with regard to what a lot consider negligent behaviour, one member on the AOL forum emailed the Aunt who is very high profile in the media right now and told her exactly what she thought and invited her to read public opinion on the forum, the Aunt replied and it was all posted in the forum-not pleasant!

P.S. Does anybody know if Murats hire care was forensically tested?

Holy crow. It's no wonder they didn't check on the little ones every 30 mins as reported earlier, it's quite a hike from the restaurant to the room. I was expecting something like a Sandals where it's enclosed with a guard gate and there are restaurants all over the property and it's very secure. A type of place where it would be nearly impossible to smuggle someone out of there. However, someone could have just driven up and snatched her from that main road in the back.
