Yes, I'm trying to follow it all on above forum, but so much in house fighting going on there thats its difficult to have a proper discussion when querying the actions and contradictions in the McC's version of events.
I do find it odd how the Nanny question has reared itself around a lot of forums today?
Yes, it is interesting about the lack of contact with this nanny. Sounds like she is not in PT with the McCanns due to some family emergency. I sure hope that she has been contacted and polyed by one of the police groups involved.
Just seems so strange...and adds to the total unbelievability of the odd behavior of so many .
What if she is involved???? Some doubt she exsists or that it refers to grandma (nanny)--imoo
It just gets worse and worse as each day passes. I walk (10,000 steps a day, TYVM) and about 3 quarters of the way into it, as the endorphins start to flow, I will just burst into tears in my sadness for Maddie. This happens just about every day. It is just so unfair that a child in this world should ever suffer especially because their parents are negligent or abusive. The thought of Maddie crying alone in the hotel room, in the dark, scared....
I swear, if it ever comes out that the McCanns are hiding something and are somehow involved in her dissapearance, I am gonna sue. For mental duress, at the very least. I have never been so deeply affected by a case in my life!

I really believe that if people saw the videos or online images that this article refers to there would be such an uproar that it could lead to unimaginable consequences. I think I would need psychiatric treatment for 8 hours a day. Most people have no idea about things like "Wonderland" and would rather live in denial.
I find it really hard to believe that an educated woman like Kate McCann had no idea that things like this exist in our world. That's why I find it so hard to see her in the smiling pictures. If I was faced with the thought of this happening to my daughter that would be the end of me

colomom be proud you are such a sensitive soul :angel:and so adverse to misjustices.......I've gotten far too involved with this, even had to take time off work because of it. My problem is that I feel strongly these parents are involved, there are things I will share when Please God this is concluded, but TMOT I am doing everything in my power to show the truth in this situation.
Madeleine has a lot of people rooting for her, I pray for her everynight, I dont believe she is still with us, and I feel her spirit is not at peace and wont be till this is over.....be strong colomom:blowkiss:

Great post, you said it so well. Unfortunately I have seen too much of this in my line of work. And need to totally detach most times along with therapy and mental health breaks
The McCanns are trained to be on alert for abuse,negligence,etc and must report it to authorities. I just don't buy their innocence and ignorance,
If it is for real..........yes. God help us all.
I would be in therapy for 8 hrs and then heavily sedated comatose for the remaining 16 hrs of the day if it was one of my own.

Ok. My arms have been twisted so I'll try and give a summary of why I don't think there's a nanny in the frame. Mind, it's just my theory
As far as I know, the nanny has been mentioned once and only by Gerry's mother. Since then, there has been absolutely no mention whatsoever of her by anyone (except on internet forums
About 2 or 3 weeks ago, Gerry wrote in his blog that they relied on Kate's mum for childcare in the weekends when he's on call because Kate cannot cope on her own with the 3 kids. Anyone who's interested can go and trawl through Gerry's blogs to read this entry. He said she (Kate's mum) regularly had to fly down from Liverpool to assist Kate. Given the fact that Kate only works one and a half days a week, I don't see the need for a nanny. Perhaps, they have a baby-sitter or child minder who helps take the kids to creche/nursery but not a nanny IMO.
To conclude, I believe the nanny Gerry's mum was referring to is Kate's mum: nanny = nan!

Trying to find a link to Gerry's early posts on his blog. Official site only shows last few days.
ON that board someone said that Gerry wrote in his blog that K McCaan worked 1.5 days a week (and I now see the latest skynews link referred to her as a parttime GP), watched the children the rest of the time and very often had her mom fly in from Liverpol to help Katie with the three kids on the weekends. Theory of poster=no nanny
Grandma was only quoted as saying there was on, yet no media has outed her!
Does anyone recall reading this on his blog or have link to his early writings? Trying to confirm this.
