In the mean while, I still think it is VERY, VERY strange that April openly and enthusiastically agrees that she believes EVERYTHING the McCanns say. It's creepy that a person would have so much faith, devotion and adoration in total strangers in a foreign country. It goes against all laws of human nature. CREEPY.

Have I said I feel any of this?

I have always thought that if Kate McCann was posting on forums (incognito) she would probably sound just like April. I believe that Kate McCann would be trying any way possible to defend herself.

I understand your right to believe but believe everything they say? It's weird. I believe they killed her (as many posters here) but it's just our opinion and because we don't know truly what happened to her and we weren't there, the possibility of an abduction is there. In your case, the possibility that they killed her is not even there and you don't even know these people!

Try to sleuth April, really, by analyzing ALL the possibilities .

Okay Guys - I agree with Colomom. Its beginning to feel like a "pick-a-fight" thread in here. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and sometimes will stick to it through thick or thin. It's OKAY. Seriously, it's okay. Absolutely nothing to bicker about. If there were not different opinions, we wouldn't have much to talk about except why the McCanns are not in jail.

It is not our job to convince others to think the way we do, but to look at the situation and discuss it. If someone wants to unconditionally believe, so be it. Let them. Our job would be to show where what they believe has been contradicted and their job would be to explain why they don't see a contradiction, if they choose to do. That works, no "arguing needed."

I'm not the boss of course and can't tell anyone what to do, but I like both sides of the fence here. Also, I think it is necessary to have this differing of opinions because it strengths (or weakens) our own. It makes us double check, reconfirm, etc. what we believe.

As every one knows my opinion on this case, I will say I did hope that the little girl in the video was Maddie, even though I know better.

Anyway - enough from me!!!!

If people don't want to be quoted, there's a good answer to that. It's called "Ignore."

If someone quotes exactly what someone wrote, that is not against the rules, as long as I've been here. "Bolding" is not misquoting, in my humble opinion.

On the other hand, maybe we shouldn't label other as posters with heated words, and keep our eyes on the McCanns. We can call Kate and Gerry creepy and that's our opinion.

According to this Video on YouTube, the Belgian sighting has been debunked - as I was sure it would be. The girl's father has come forward and said the girl was just out on a walk with her Nanny.

Thanks for the link. I am not surprised, nobody would kidnap a girl and let her look exactly the same. *sigh*

I tell ya guys, if Maddie is ever found (in the chance of murder, her body and links directly to her parents). Jail is not even an option for these people if you know what I mean.

I cannot speak for Tony but I can speak for myself. Just because I don't believe in the innocence of the McCanns, doesnt mean I believe everything they say is a lie. :waitasec: I just don't think they're being honest with what happened on the night Maddie went missing.

And hey I understand that's your opinion AND right, I just think we all want to find Maddie therefore ALL possibilities should be researched, no? And it's a work in progress. I understand what you are saying SleuthMom.
It appears to you that I am always defending the McCanns because I am.

Equally I see the Anti McCanns as always attacking them about anything and everything. That isn't a problem for you because you believe it.
But to me I have seen no evidence to support what I see as very cruel accusations.
And the Final report supports that.

But as I think Salem meant, we should be able to deal together in a civil way regardles that we see thing differently.
And we should get back to what we all want..finding Madeleine.

Okay - I laughed out loud. Obviously it is not Maddie, but isn't she precious standing there? Too cute. So sorry it appears that someone thinks she might be Maddie.

It is very frustrating that so many people are being impacted by Maddie sightings. If it is ever proven that the McCanns know what happened to Maddie, I hope every one of these people sue the pants off them for unnecessary harrassment.

And if Maddie was abducted - I hope she is found soon so that this misery can end.
