For past few years the press have run with the story that CB confessed about MM involvement to someone in a bar in 2017 , in addition to the reported 2008 confession .

This latest HB talk mentions no such 2017 bar confession from CB .. just that HB saw some MM news in 2017 and decided to contact police again , as he felt nothing had transpired from his 2008 call to police .

So .. has the reporting of a 2017 bar confession been incorrect.. ?

Or was there such a confession in a bar in 2017 by CB to someone else .. other than HB ?

According to Michael T., CB's goal was becoming a millionaire.

According to Nakscije M., CB didn't want to go into further detail about MM's disappearence, because he wouldn't be dumb. He would be a "businessman".

A yet unknown witness told the police, CB told him to know everything about MM's disappearance and showed the witness a rape video on his mobile right after making the statement.

Theory:

Hard to think, he kept all that vile stuff on video for his own urges. Very likely, he tried to make money out of it. Dealers need customers.

Harald "Money" needed a customer, probably the "panikspatz66" In 2013.

Very likely, all that footage including CB still exists. After 2010 and further, his "business" must have ran low, with all these darkweb forums, that weren't based on trading anymore, but just sharing similar footage to get access to these kind of forums.

At the end, to me it seems very likely, that the videos CB took from 2004 - 2010 are based on placed orders. And they still exist somewhere.

If Helge B. will turn out to be right, why did CB removed his mask on screen and not after stopping the record? Why? CB knew that it was him on the video.

Did he want to give proof to a third party, that HE did it?

Interestingly however .. just read in JC book that HB supposedly met CB in a bar in 2017 ( either in Germany / Greece / Portugal ) and CB made the second confession to HB , in addition to the 2008 one .. although perhaps based on reports from ..the Sun..
The latest talk from HB doesn’t seem to clarify this 2017 meeting particularly imo.

There was reportedly a confession by CB in a bar May 2017 to DR, who was also shown a rape video on CB's phone.

I think this happened in Portugal as DR said he reported the matter to police but they said there wasn't enough evidence to warrant further investigation. Had it been reported in Germany then I think the matter would have been treated seriously, based on CB already being a suspect in the Inga disappearance.

ETA DR's reported viewing of an American woman's rape on video was not used in the DM trial 2019 so it's my opinion BKA didn't know about it at that time.
