Christian B. is declared homeless in Neumünster

I thought the defence were going to house him in the Ritz with presidential security, helicopters & a plastic surgeon on standby?

It is nice to know that his existence on the outside is not going to be a very pleasant one. I’d hate to live under his conditions with no prospects & no network.

It won’t take long for him to flip out & have another tantrum.

Until CB is charged in connection with MM, I have no great interest in what happens to him.
I'd rather hear about the ground-breaking progress OG are making and I don't mean digging holes in the Algarve.

From your link: they decided to let the city know that he is there because of the danger he poses!

Fair enough - but digging holes would be really important imo

Why, it never has been previously, despite all the hype.

That's what I thought, if the PJ searched why are the BKA going over old ground.
Well, his door was knocked on, but no one answered, and that was that, that's the pj for you

I agree that sources are important. German reporting is straightforward and without embellishment. It would be good the use it (not including Bild) to pin down an accurate timeline of his known crimes.
I was also interested not only in his crimes, but also what they have found when police searched his properties, etc. These do not come only from German reports but also from documentaries which show actually what was seized, etc.

„Against this background, it is not a violation of the principles of the rule of law to report on one's new place of residence – but an expression of journalistic responsibility. Citizens have a right to know if a criminal classified as dangerous lives in their city. Transparency creates security and protects those affected by potential.“

Only my opinion but much of the UK stuff and JC is intended to drive audience numbers and position CB as guilty. Neither is good for establishing an accurate timeline of his crimes.

Noted, but I think quite a few documentaries have snapshots of court documents, warrants, or lists of objects seized that you cannot find in the reporting.

The only way CB will face a British court is if he arrives by boat.

Yes makes sense, for two reasons. It safeguards the public & it completely alienates CB.

The first sounds sensible. I can't see any benefit in the second.

Would it be a good idea to create a post including all his crimes, sentences, searches of his property/seizures, and what was found? With links when available? I am getting lost with his criminality but also it would save us time when discussing so that we wouldn't need to provide links all the time, we could refer to that post? Just an idea.
This would be such a massive help for newbies like myself in relation to CB. I remember the Madeleine McCann abduction all too well, but I'm really unclear as to the actual evidence that ties him to Maddie's case.

Couple of articles this morning with the Mail basically apeing the Sun but this is the most worthy note imo.

Regarding the likelihood of Brueckner's extradition, Sir Mark Rowley said: 'One of the reasons we are involved is that murder is in many situations extra-territorial and potentially a murder of a British subject can in certain circumstances be charged in the UK.

'There's lots of maybes, so at the moment we are taking stock with the Germans and Portuguese.'

Of the German inquiry, he added: 'They've got to the point where the prosecutor doesn't feel they're able to prosecute.

Interesting if accurate - it does seem like SY are working on whether they have enough to gear up & take a shot.

IMO SY won’t be wasting time on lost causes, so one wonders what type of strategy they have.

I agree. First off they have started interviews in Portugal. Perhaps they have already done more and we are not aware of. They also sent an interview request with CB. They also requested the files from the BKA. They indeed heard their German counterparts, and are moving!

Exciting - in Germany the appeal is waiting and in the UK possibly the indictment in the Madeleine McCann case.
