Freescale Semi Conductor company used to be part of Motorola but spun off in 2004

I was just reading about that at their website. There's a list of their CEO's and Executives here:
http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/homepage.jsp?code=COMPANY_INFO_HOME&tid=FSH

My eyes are too blurry and tired to compare to the list of passengers right now. Gotta take diabetic meds and eat so I can see better. Blah, it's always something when we get older.

Link to passenger manifest in case anybody wants it:

No sign of flight MH370 as search efforts doubled

More than 70 aircraft and ships are involved in the search, which have so far failed to find any sign of the Boeing aircraft that lost contact with air traffic control en route to Beijing from Kuala Lumpur on Saturday.

Strange. There has to be explanation why that would be altered. Why alter it?

It's not the same flight. The registration numbers are different.
I'm guessing the original FlightRadar data was uploaded by a different user than the second one.

So tomnod.. When it says Malaysia plane, Does that mean they start you at last known position??

Is it that shallow? This is absolutely bizarre. I can't imagine what these families are going through.

Gulf of Thailand is considered shallow
Average Depth 45m or 148ft
Max. Depth 80m or 260ft

Wow, there were 20 people from Texas, company name Freescale Semiconductor based in Austin Texas. Texas Instruments has split off into so many different branches it could very well be one of their branches. My brother used to work for a TI branch called Radion. The article says TI signed the company's Facebook page with condolences. Some of TI's branches are government funded and Top Secret. The TI in McKinney TX used to have 2 towers that they would mount fighter jets on for testing out hardware/software. I've been so used to seeing them there I couldn't even tell you if the towers are in use still. Hmmmm.

NO! The 20 employees were NOT from Texas. Yes it was a Texas-based company.

In a news release, Freescale said it had 12 employees from Malaysia and eight from China on the flight.

This was reported earlier.

Freescale Semiconductor, a Texas-based company that plays a role in the performance of every NASCAR Sprint Cup car, announced it had 20 employees on missing Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370.

It should be the current search area. With the Smith plane search, they added tiles as the search area expanded.

We finally figured out that the video was of two different planes The original video, and then one from the next day or so that flew with the same flight number. The planes had different registration numbers.

It's not the same flight. The registration numbers are different.
I'm guessing the original FlightRadar data was uploaded by a different user than the second one.

Thanks for the clarification.

The U.S. Navy dispatched a second ship Monday to assist an emergency operation in the Gulf of Thailand and South China Sea that has grown to involve at least 40 other vessels and 34 aircraft from 10 countries.

On Monday, the USS Kidd joined the USS Pinckney surveying the area where the plane is presumed to have crashed, officials said. The ships and their Seahawk helicopters were searching in a zigzag pattern known as a “creeping line,” Navy officials said.

Are the Natuna Islands on or near the flight path that MH370 was on? Is it near the last known place the plane was picked up on radar? Most of the islands are uninhabited though so if the plane did go down near that area, no one would have seen or heard anything.

Good evening all WS'ers!

Any news? I have been so busy and have not seen any "breaking news" except one of the stolen passport holders may have been of Iranian descent? Italians look very much like Iranians/Persians; I dated one for 7 years and alot people thought he was Italian.
