Mummert asks if there a holes in the record Kircikyan has in front of her.

She agreed. t is not 100 percent all of the data collected from the phone by the analysts with the sheriff's office.

Omg this is boring.

You know if we are bored, the jury is about to fall asleep. I know all of this is important but they need to call a more engaging witness this afternoon.

Mike Scott is a very crooked cop. Not sure anything he says is worth quoting.

Hello,

I remember seeing Mike S name, but is he the sheriff - or LE officer ?

I am still "new" to this case, so I was wondering if you are able to expand on this - if you can.

TIA !

That's all the question from Mummert for Kircikyan.

Mike Scott was the Lee County Sheriff at the time of the crime, and the arrests. He is not sheriff anymore, he retired early. Carmine Marceno is the current Sheriff.

Hi everyone, former lurker here. I've followed along in the media and lurked here and there. I hope you don't mind if I join you on this very informative thread.
Welcome Mamastill!

MS only wiped a dab from one eye!
So different from the extremely stoic, stone cold JRR who didnt even flinch during the most gruesome testimony.

  • #519
In the JRR case, the 91-witness list was really knocked down to only a few (24?) actually put on the stand.
I think we are going to see a lot more witnesses take the stand in this trial. And a lot more evidence submitted from both sides.
I hope the jury can stay awake.

BBM: Notebooks cost what - about a $1 ? This could have cost the state thousands of $$$$$$$ !

Question: Does anyone know what the normal procedure is for destroying jurors' notebooks when a trial is concluded?

I thought the state destroyed and/or shredded notebooks.
