As a doctor, Petrites said he has had to inform people before when their loved ones dies.

He had talked to Mark Sievers to find out more information, but did not tell him she was dead becuase he felt it wasn't his place and didn't want to do it over the phone.

Dr. Petritis says when he did tell Mark Sievers that Teresa was "hurt", Mark asked if it was robbery.

He says Mark didn't ask how exactly she was hurt.

Petrites said that was very odd because they didn't have that type of relationship.

The first voicemail was to see how Petrites is doing and to let him know that Teresa Sievers would be getting back to Fort Myers the next day.

The second voicemail he asks him to check on her because she was late for work and not answering her phone, Mark Sievers was rambling

Petrites also found it odd that months later Mark Sievers was trying to get access to Teresa's computers in the medical practice and even went to the jail Wright was in to try and allow him access so Wright could get Mark in.
