I LOVE IT, HAH!!! Can you play the recording of Mark Sievers about 14 times more and increase the volume 5-fold, too. Cuz someone in the building next door needed to hear it. rotflmho (This may be the one and only chance the jurors will get to hear how easily lies and manipulations can just roll off his tongue.)

Mummert is asking Petrites if it is correct that some conversations between Mark Sievers and Petrites didn't tell law enforcement about them until September 2019.

Petrites said he had never been asked about it and it didn't come up. He wasn't sure how relevant it was.

Hughes said when he got there he saw a man in the driveway on the phone. They tried to ask him if the person inside was alive, but he was flustered and couldn't give Hughes a direct answer.

He says he was a medic at the time he responded to the crime scene.

Hughes says when they entered the home they found Teresa's body on the kitchen floor.

Defense got all excited in cross of Dr P---thought they had him trapped, when they asked why he hadn't told LE about Mark defending Wright, etc, until last September.

But the doctor's reply was reasonable and believable---he had only answered questions in the previous depositions. No one had ever asked about any of that so it never came up. But in September he brought that up himself, asking if it was relevant.

Hughes is free to go. The state now calls Jonathan Armato, with Lee County Sheriff's Office as a Sergeant, to the stand. At the time of Teresa Sievers' murder he was a detective with the major crimes division.
