I have missed a lot and am trying to get caught up here. So while on break, I have a couple of questions if anyone has the time to answer/discuss. TIA!

What is MS's main defense? In other words, besides the "she was worth more alive than dead" - what else is MS claiming why he was not involved in TS murder?
Editing: Obviously, she was worth more dead than alive due to the life insurance. I am trying to re-word question - but y'all know what I mean ... LOL !

Does anyone think MS will take the stand?

Up to this point, the jury had only seen several pictures of Teresa’s body at the crime scene.

IMO His defense is that his best friend was in love with him, was a master manipulator and committed this crime unbeknownst to him, then changed his story for a plea deal. It’s the state’s burden to prove Mark is guilty. It’s the defense’s job to poke holes.

He is the person who found Teresa's body in the home. He was also a close friend of hers.
