State asks Van Waus if the DNA sent out didn't giving any new information. She agreed. They followed with "in fact it only showed DNA of Teresa Sievers". Defense objected, since state didn't allow the documents that explain that fact into defense evidence. #trialtweets

ASA Ross is cross examining Van Waus.

Van Waus did a very thorough processing of the crime scene, she said.

The DNA test results from DNA Testing International did not provide any additional info in the homicide investigation, Van Waus said when asked by Ross

To me, the shredded document that is not filled out could be a copy that was made of the original, before the original was filled out, to be used as a back-up in case you screw up or want to make changes from what you filled out on the original form. I did notice some wobbly lines on the shredded document. So what if it's blank? Where's the original? JMO.
It reads to me like TS was covered for disability and you'd only fill it out to increase the coverage.

I did see a yellow neck hammer underneath the Mercedes, if that is what the judge was talking about.

But was that admitted into evidence in this trial? Have the jurors seen the second hammer photos?

:) Thank you for posting these photos.

JMO ... but IF you are going to shred a document, why not shred it? Why the half-🤬🤬🤬 shred job?

Did MS want this document to be found?

Did he want a "disability policy" on TS just in case she survived the attempt to kill her?

This case is fascinating !

MOO
Mark, IMO, did a lot of staging.... He also handpicked ppl to play certain roles in this crime. JMO

I personally don’t think so. If the policy was effective then she would have been covered for disability. Nobody would need to see or find the document. To me there’s no reason to stage it like that, that would benefit MS.
I’m sure Teresa had short term and long term disability policies. So if she was unable to work they would receive 10k a month to get by on their bills until she recovered or in case she didn’t. Most people have these policies in effect, even if they don’t have a large income like Teresa did.
To me, the only person that would’ve had any motive to stage this document would be CWW.

Or possibly Ms. Simmons if they can get her. Will someone remind me who Simmons is?

She is a cell phone analyst (they are talking about her on CourtTV).

Cell phone expert with the short hair, who recently retired.

Yes she was the short haired, older woman that talked about cell phone pings and locations.
