Mark Sievers is a principal to the crime of first-degree murder if he helped another commit a crime, Hunter said.

To be a principal the defendant does not even have to be present at the time of the crime, Hunter said.

The primary evidence of the contract to kill come from Curtis Wayne Wright Jr.'s testimony and evidence.

Why would Wright drive all the way to Florida overnight with Rodgers to kill Teresa Sievers, Hunter asks.

Wright was so broke he needed an advance "on the contract" to pay for gas money to get to Florida, Hunter said.

Mark Sievers provided means to commit the murder, including the garage and alarm codes.

Mr. Wright used those coded to enter the Sievers home and commit the crime, Hunter said.

Wright knew when Teresa Sievers would be getting home because Mr. Sievers told him.

I think his attorneys must have given him a good talking-to about his not paying attention and fidgeting. He's replaced that with taking sips of water whenever he feels a moment of discomfort (when his plot is exposed).

   That also plays into Mark Sievers being principal to the crime, Hunter said.

Hunter is alleging Mark Sievers was on the lanai to see if the neighbor could have seen the garage of his home from the neighbor's lanai.

The neighbor is not getting anything in exchange for her testimony, Hunter said.

All those sips of water from that tiny cup and now that the water is almost gone, he's taking notes. He can't stop himself because he feels the need to be seen as a smart person. MS brings out my mean side that I didn't even know was there.
