Cell phone expert with the short hair, who recently retired.

No wonder Judge Kyle was annoyed that she said she couldn't come until tomorrow.

But was that admitted into evidence in this trial? Have the jurors seen the second hammer photos?

Not that I'm aware of.

Mark, IMO, did a lot of staging.... He also handpicked ppl to play certain roles in this crime. JMO

:) Hello, and thank you for the response.

Yes, the staging and the handpicking people, obvious IMO ... and I hope the jury sees it.

Oh, while I was catching up on this case here at WS over the long weekend, I ran across the links here to MS's calendar-journals and OMG !

:eek::eek::eek: I can't say what I am thinking ... I like it here !

CourtTV just said the juror with the hearing aid issue from this morning is an alternate.

BBM.

Why?

I don’t believe it’s staged at all, but many have speculated that it is.
If MS was going to stage something, you’d assume it would be something to make himself look favorable. I’m not going to assume it was detectives or crime scene techs. So that leaves CWW, and JRR who doesn’t know the Sievers well if much at all. The only way that document is staged, is if CW wanted it to look like a murder for hire plot, and it wasn’t. JMO but I don’t agree.

I don’t think the document was staged. I think they shredded their junk mail in piles, and it either jammed at that spot when it was stuffed full, left to be dealt with later, or they just didn’t finish shredding. I get this stuff in the mail all the time, policies trying to get me to keep increasing my policy or take out a new benefit. All that stuff ends up in my office shredder, and my husbands office is more of a tidy computer space for him and the kids to use, because since I am my family’s organizer, budgeter and bill payer, my office is always a mess of papers and files and things I’m working on. I think their situation seems similar, and most likely this document was irrelevant to the case at all, but police saw “LIFE INSURANCE” and bells went off to have it documented evidence.

Did the State even introduce this as evidence? Or did the defense just bring it up because a picture was taken of it?

Oh good ... I was getting worried about this situation with the juror that was reported on this morning, and on other days.

And we do NOT need a mistrial at this point !

:) Thank you for the update!

I’m almost positive it was one of the first exhibits they presented to the jury, the top of the document, not the full document. I know for sure that it was shown in the JRR trial, and I think for sure this one too, but the trials kind of fog together for me, at this point, so I don’t want to say for sure.

If my memory serves me right, but I recall that Mark didn't want CWW to go into his office at the house and the shredder is in the office. I strongly believe that Mark did put that policy in the shredder before he left for vacation and wanted to leave an impression that someone else went in there with out his knowledge …. JMO

Didn't CWW say that he did not know where JRR was at the beginning of TS coming home (when he began to hit her)?
